This was perfect stay for my entire family. The cottage was very cute and cozy! The location was close to everything needed. We had a woderful stay. It was even pet friendly! 🐾

Our family comes to Wells every year. We had a wonder stay at Stacey's place. It had everything we needed. Walking distance to most everything. The pool was a hit with daughter, especially in the evening hours.

Perfect for our needs. Just as described! Everything you need is there for a lovely stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My family and I haven’t taken a trip in a couple years because we got a dog. We love Maine, but wouldn’t go without our pup. When we found this place, we booked it right away! The cottage was so cozy and our whole family got to be together! So close to all the stores and restaurants and more importantly the beaches! We will definitely stay here again!!

This was a quick overnight stop for us with kids and our dog and the cottage had everything we needed! It was clean and well equipped. Great location close to lots of restaurants.

Definitely a great place to stay. We stayed in Cottage #8 and it was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen and living room. It was lovely. It also has a screened in porch with two chairs and a table as well as a place to hang your wet clothes (towels, bathing suit). Grounds were lovely. There was a fire pit and cornhole to play. The pool was lovely with plenty of chairs, shade, and pool noodles, lounge chair to use in the pool. The hosts were fabulous and easy to chat with and if you needed anything. The only thing they do not have is a washer/dryer but that was not a problem for any of us that were staying there. Definitely a place you can bring your pets. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back here again.

Very nice stay, everthing in the cabin in working order, very clean. Only suggestion would be maybe some hooks in the bedroom on the wall or door to hang clothes on. Would recommend and return again.

Cottage was nice. The beds were super comfy and cottage had everything we needed for our long weekend. I messaged Stacy a couple times before and while we were at the cottage and she got back to me promptly. We stay in Wells every Columbus weekend, so we are pretty familiar with the area. This location is close to everything!

I rented cottage 8 for two weeks and brought my two small dogs. Very pet friendly with nice grounds for walking dogs. Rt 1 also has sidewalks for longer walks. I had relatives visit a few days including my grandchildren - everyone loved it. It's a perfect location near several restaurants and beaches. The traffic on Rt 1 can make it difficult to leave the property at times. But the cozy, clean cottages with cute yards will bring me back for another stay! Owners were nice to work with and live on the property which adds a sense of security. And they respect your privacy.

We all loved the cabin and would definitely rent again. I did not realize it was a mile drive to the beach until we got the actual address days before check in but there was some parking spaces at the beach if you there early enough. Also the heated pool was quite chilly, maybe the heater wasn’t on? Overall it was a successful beach getaway.

Easy and streamlined renting experience. Right on main road and close to stores and restaurants. Short drive to beach. Clean swimming pool and pet friendly.

My daughters and I had an amazing time this week in Wells. The cottage is lovely!!! We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The property was immaculate, both the cottage and the grounds. We were close to all the conveniences that we might have wanted. The property owners, Stacy and Chip were available if we needed anything, but totally gave us our privacy. Lovely place to stay. Cottage has all of the modern conveniences and comforts, but with a lot of beach house charm. Can’t wait to go back!!!🏖😁

The listing was accurate and cabin was in a great location. Check in/out process was easy and convenient. Cabin was clean and property was overall well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Very well cared for cottage with plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. It has an incredibly convenient location to all you’d want to do along southern Maine!

This was our second year in a row to stay at the cottages. I would highly recommend. Quiet, clean, family friendly and hassle free check in. The location is close to all the restaurants and you do have to drive to the beach if you plan on spending the day. We will be making plans to stay again next year.

Close to grocery store, restaurants, walk or drive about 1 mile to great beaches. Plenty to do in the area, quick hop over to Ogunquit. Recommend making reservations for dinner anywhere. Pet-friendly a plus for us.

The cabin was as advertised. It’s simple but clean and has all of the amenities you would need for a weekend or week-long stay. The beds are decent, the shower is hot, the kitchen is convenient, and the location is excellent.

The property is very clean, the cottages have all the amenities and spaced apart for privacy. Each cottage has a picnic table, grill and screened porch. Location was convenient as you can walk to many great restaurants and the beach. Stacy was a very attentive hostess. Will definently be staying again.
