We only stayed one night. The house is was very cute and comfortable. The yard was big enough for the kids to run off energy. The game room and master (king) room doesn’t have air conditioning. But there is a fan provided. If I’m ever traveling through again, I will stay there!

Adequate property for the price.

Location was good but I thought with 2 acres there would be no neighbors or at least not so close. It was pleasant though. The house was very cute and spacious. I was concerned about all the fire ant hills in the yard. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. 😊

Maria was responsive and super easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay. The place was an easy drive to campus. Loved the extras, like toys for the kids, full kitchen stocked with all that was needed. The only thing we couldn’t find was the TV remote and frankly that wasn’t as bad thing…. More family time. Thank you!!!

Huge backyard and big campfire pit.

It was a very nice place in the neck of the woods.

We stayed at this unit last weekend and where very disappointed. The following is a summation of what we sent the owner on the day we were leaving. It was family weekend for UF and due to that, we would have had to move 45 minutes away from this place or pay 600-800 per night locally. As you know, we started off not getting in until 7:30 because the cleaning person was late (or according to her, not told about it until late afternoon). She didn’t finish the laundry, so we had to wait until the dryer was done to make a bed and have towels (four towels for the entire place) that supposedly houses ten people. They are also stained. The light where the washer and dryer (this is an attached separate structure with stairs) doesn’t work properly so we had to use our flashlight to see what was happening. The AC doesn’t work throughout the entire house. No duct in the main bedroom. We had to crank it down to 67 degrees which made it freezing in the other bedrooms just to make it bearable in the master. The owner is aware of this issue and has a fan in the room to try and help the situation. The refrigerator is dirty. The fans are covered in dust. The garbage pail is broken in the kitchen. The ice machine doesn’t work in the refrigerator. Had to buy ice. And finally, the neighborhood. Your home is off a dirt road in a trailer park. You have a neighbor with a dog who barks all night long. Your description says it’s rural, but this is a trailer park in a neighborhood that doesn’t appear safe.

Property was awesome! Floors could’ve used a mopping but overall great stay and we really enjoyed it!

The home was very clean with a large yard making it relaxing.
