WE LOVED THE ROOM AND THE ONSEN. THE GYM WAS TOO BASIC AND NEED MORE EQUIPMENTS. BREAKFAST WAS NOT A BUFFET BUT WAS SUFFICIENT. THE SHUTTLE BUS RIDE INTO TOWN WAS USEFUL.
THE GYM NEEDS MORE EQUIPMENT.

직원들의 친절은 최고이며 서비스 또한 최상입니다.
이곳은 가격표를 보고 오는 호텔이 아니라 서비스와 최고의 대접을 받기위한 호텔입니다.
대만의 호텔은 훌륭한 서비스와 접객태도를 가지고 있지만 이 호텔은 그것보다 더 상위에 있는 호텔입니다.
조식은 굳이 언급할 필요가 없으니 꼭 드시길 추천합니다.
위치가 산중턱에 있어서 셔틀버스나 버스,택시가 아닌이상은 접근하기 힘듭니다.
물론 그것을 위해 무료 셔틀버스가 있으니 큰 걱정은 안하셔도 됩니다.
다만 헬스장은 유산소를 위한 기구만 있으니 이용에 참고하시면 좋겠습니다,

The place is amazing and the view great.
For the money we spent the breakfast was really not it. It was a pre-made set and we were only able to choose between 2 options. No possibility to have something different at all.

Staff service was excellent, room is big, private hot spring is big, bed is comfortable. Shuttle van is very on time & convenient.

Lived up to its 5 stars status, all staff in hotel are well trained, all processes are well managed. Generous in their supply of room's daily top up.
We had a family room, with our own onsen pool and cold pool. Great view as well.
Set Breakfast to choose and it was fine.
Car park available.
French and Chinese restaurant to choose for dinner too.
Maybe it should consider to have laundry service.

The overall elegance of the hotel, the quietness of the common spaces, the comfort of the many varieties of hot baths and outdoor pool, the size of the room, the free fruit/snacks/drinks, the free shuttle bus from MRT Beitou station…
On the higher price range.

clean and beautiful view
Chinese breakfast was not the best, the salmon and the egg were a bit hard to chew. The coffee was ok. With the price of the accommodation, I expect the quality of food should be top of the game but it seems not the case.
The smell of cooking was very strong in the air during the dinner time. couldn’t enjoy the onsen in the room if you wanted to open the window.

I had to pay twice for the booking even after I was assured it was a pre-booking fee I was still charged twice off my bank account. And now I have to wait two weeks for a rebate?
