Due to some unfortunate circumstances- no fault of owner we were unable to stay our entire visit. With numerous times of communication with owner and another member of my party we were able to be moved to another villa on the property. Only thing i would suggest to owner is please provide toilet paper, the rest of the rental was stocked perfectly.

Location was perfect, close to Georgetown near the center of the island, so it was easy to explore the West end of the island one day and the East end the next. The Villa is one door off the beach, so the water is just a few steps from the front door. The Villa is an upside-down house with bedrooms on the ground floor and living area on the second floor, so no carrying suitcases up the steps! There are two spacious bedrooms and baths, each with their own A/C unit so everyone can choose their own temperature. Upstairs there is a nice half bath, absolutely amazing views from second floor porch, extremely well-equipped kitchen, including herbs, oil, basics like mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, olive oil, peanut butter, jelly and loads of coffee, sugar and creamer. More than enough kitchen supplies, pots, pans, air fryer, microwave, and plenty of glasses, utensils and more, (the only thing missing was a potato masher). Full size washer and dryer with some detergent (we took some laundry pods with us). There was everything needed for the beach; four chairs, plenty of snorkels, cooler, beach bag, beach towels, and plenty of floaties. Elizabeth pays the extra fee to allow her guests to enjoy all the amenities of Hideaways, the pool, kayaks, water toys, gym and more. Hideaways was delightful, all the staff members were so warm, welcoming, and always offering to help in any way needed. We're already planning our next visit to Villa 36!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect for us and the condo was extremely well stocked. The owner was quick to communicate and truly went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is centrally located and has all the amenities of home. Liz did a great job of providing a ton of information before and during our trip which gave us confidence in our choice of bookings. Overall, a great time and a great location that made our first, of many trips to Exuma fantastic!!

Villa 36 is amazing and Elizabeth is the best! The Villa is literally 25 steps away from the beach. Downstair rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable. Upstairs the kitchen is well-stocked with extra treats already provided. It’s the best place to unwind after spending a day at the beach or on the water. Plus, the Villa has a cooler, floats and chairs for your use! Elizabeth is responsive, informative and a wonderful host. From the moment we booked, Elizabeth provided helpful tips and information. While there, Elizabeth was quick to respond and truly went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend and hope to be back some time soon!

This place was so nice, super spacious! And had all the amenities you need. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook, you have washer and dryer, she has floats for the kids and even a cooler. Loved it ! Will definitely book again

We had the best week in this beautiful beachfront condo. Everything you need for a wonderful week was supplied. Location is perfect to many restaurants and outstanding beaches. Elizabeth could not be any nicer to deal with , answered any and all questions that we had before, during and after our trip. Resort is wonderful, with a restaurant/bar onsite and a pool to chill at after a long day on the beach. Everyone on site was so nice to deal with, we will definitely be back again, to stay in this wonderful condo.

We loved our stay at Hideaways! Everything we needed was either in the villa or at the resort! We loved the short walk to Jolly Hall beach and sitting on the porch where we could see turtles in the waters in front of us! Elizabeth was the best host reaching out to us to see if we were enjoying ourselves and to see if there was anything we needed!

I would recommend this property as it is a great way to experience Exuma with excellent access to the beach and all amenities. We were so happy to be able to finally make it back and look forward to returning.

Villa 36 has everything you can imagine for a enjoyable stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Plus beach chairs/ coolers / blow up tubes etc

We had a wonderful time this week and want to come back. This unit was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything to allow you to cook in, but the island had lots of options to dine, too. Splash restaurant is great…beautiful setting. Elizabeth and Janetta are great to work with, too. This is a 2 bedroom condo with bedrooms on the first floor and living room/ kitchen upstairs. We were not clear on that. If you can’t do stairs, this is not for you. Delivered a new sleeper sofa while we were there and condo plenty large to accommodate more people…6-8. Condo sits right on the water! Gorgeous setting!!!

Hidden Gem! Place was wonderful! Location was the perfect distance to Georgetown & the shuttle was great. Drivers were friendly & accommodating! The Villa was clean, the kitchen has everything you can image and then some. It was also very well stocked with beach towels, beach bags, beach chairs, coolers, snorkels, pool items etc. TVs in both bedrooms & in living room. LOVED the upstairs porch. Every morning we had our coffee on the porch while looking out at that ocean with the magnificent colors. I couldn’t stop commenting about the colors, just gorgeous!!!! The owner, Elizabeth was extremely responsive, before arriving & while there, answering my many many many questions. Went above & beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. She couldn’t have been nicer. We found The Hideways staff to be extremely friendly, helpful & responsive. The convenience of having “Splash” right there serving breakfast , lunch & dinner was a plus, Friday night they had live music. Overall a great stay, Would return! I do recommend renting a car and/or boat if u can. Some of the places we wanted to see were pretty far from the Hideaways. Taking a taxis instead of a rental car can get expensive. Walking wasn’t always an option. Food was pricey but comparable to other Caribbean islands.

This condo is right on a beautiful beach and walkable to another. The location is great, aceess to the airport, Georgetown, and markets right near by. The place is clean and very well appointed. The staff is so nice and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this condo for a great vacation!

This property is AMAZING! We checked in at the desk@ main office; easy process. All of the employees were so nice and friendly. This was exactly what we were looking for; laid back and relaxing atmosphere. The views were unbelievably beautiful!! Jolly hall beach is super close and basically deserted during the day. We had the entire paradise to ourselves! The clarity and color of the water is like an aquarium. The turtles at hoopers cay were hilarious; very tame. The villa was spotless when we arrived. Elizabeth has EVERYTHING you need there. The beds were comfortable; a/c units are quiet and work well. The bathrooms/showers are like being at a spa. We did everything on the list of things to do that she sent us. She was a great host; easy to get ahold of with questions. Hoping to bring our adult kids with our grandkids next time we stay. Would highly recommend villa 36; hope to stay again soon!

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as first. The location is perfect and the host is very responsive and informative. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again.

All the necessities: suntan lotions, amenities in kitchen, great service and a very comfortable stay. Literally just steps to the beach. Another incredibly beautiful beach and water to the left about 300 yds. Splash restaurant was excellent and the communication between host and us was quick and super friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

We hit the jackpot on this Unit! It was the perfect location on the island and within the resort. It’s one if the few locations that has it all. A Pool, beautiful beach, and one of our favorite hangouts and food on the island. It really has everything. I can’t Say enough about the host! She checked on us several times, and always had a fast response if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

My husband and I just returned from a week at this property…. Not only was Elizabeth easy to reach, she went above and beyond to help us have our best anniversary so far!!! The villa is steps away from the most gorgeous water, in a great central location on the island, very clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Close central location to airport, grocery stores, and other beaches to visit. There were chairs, cooler, rafts and other items for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked as we had an air fryer, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, and even a blender for mixed drinks. You can use the pool at hideaways but the 2 beaches right there are so beautiful I’m not sure why anyone would. I can’t say enough about the owner. She was amazing! Always a quick response to any question or concern I had before and during our trip. She went above and beyond for us with a problem we had that she did not have to get involved with but chose to help us out! You don’t find many people that will help you like that now a days. We definitely hope to be back sooner rather than later!

This was an amazing location and a great villa. There was everything that you could’ve possibly needed and more. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly while we were there. We couldn’t avast for a better vacation and will definitely be back! We highly recommend this property. It made for an amazing 50th birthday for my husband.

Villa is so very well appointed and comfortable! The location is a dream, being close to the airport and Georgetown, it felt like a very centralized location, STEPS from the perfect Exuma waters. We found starfish and sand dollars in the waters right out of the villa! (PLEASE don’t remove them from the water)! We found the beds to be comfortable and rarely even turned the AC on since the fans cooled down the bedrooms perfectly fine for us. The bathrooms were just fine, and I even enjoyed the large garden tub a couple of times! The kitchen has every single thing you’d want in order to prepare and cook while there. The fridge and freezer, and oven were all super clean and worked perfectly. We used the washer and dryer quite a bit and they were seemingly new and worked great! Our kids had a blast playing pool and poker in the restaurant and game room. They had at least 2 milkshakes a day from the bar as well 😆. Cindy at the front desk is such a joy and SO friendly and helpful! Our only minor complaint would be the consistently dry and seemingly annoyed attitudes of waitstaff and bartenders at Splash. It just seemed they were annoyed with any and all questions and just didn’t give the same friendly vibes as every other local we encountered on the island. It was the same each and every day, although it didn’t keep us from eating and enjoying being there. Just took away from the overall awesomeness of the rest of the hard working, fun staff! We would still stay here over and over again! Elizabeth is SO kind and communicative. I can’t speak highly enough about her and how comfortable and gracious a host she is! We were simply heart broken when our vacation was over. I could easily spend a month on this island. You will not regret this space or booking your trip here. We can’t WAIT to get back!

Had a great 4 night stay in Exuma Hideaways. Easy check in and was very comfortable. Owner and property manager were on the spot when a few minor issues came up. It’s a very quiet place just a short drive from Georgetown, right next to the beach. I will stay there again for sure.
