We went 2.5 days with no hot water heater . Water heater went bad . When we called they were quick to send someone over but they couldn’t fix it and called coming else. The 2nd person figured out water heater was bad but was in no hurry to get one . I understand it takes time to get . But 2.5 days??? We said ok but we want a partial refund due to no hot water . At this time we were ghosted . Called , text and got no response . No refund . I would recommend this place at all . It’s also not Walking distance to beach . You have to drive a little distance then walk . It was very clean and a nice house . Had a great view and centrally located . Staffs non response made it not with it though . I would not recommend this place . I didn’t expect much if a refund but a day would have been nice. Instead we were treated poorly and ignored

The property has one of the nicest views on the entire island! The covered porch was perfect for enjoying coffee and at the end of the day. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You will need to get bottled water for drinking - they had some jugs in the fridge which was great! Cleo was wonderful to work with.
The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but that was fine and we enjoyed it at the end of the day! You can walk to Jolly Hall beach, but you have to walk beside the Queens highway for a bit. We drove.You can park along the road for a lot of beaches.
You can walk to Splash restaurant - we enjoyed it. But a couple of days later it was closed (not sure if it reopened) We also ate at Shirleys, It was just ok. Restaurants seem to close on the weekends, and may randomly close. I highly recommend calling to be sure they're open! On weekends, get reservations or call ahead for pickup. It can take a long time to get food.
A lot of beaches were hard to find. There is very little signage. Research detailed directions ahead of time to save yourself time and frustration! It's worth the hunt though! Hint: look for "Beach Access" signs. A lot of the roads to beaches are in rough shape (some can wash out) We were VERY glad we rented a Jeep!
Recommend Smittys grocery store - it's much nicer than the Shop Rite. Note that groceries are expensive -about twice the price in the states
Overall a wonderful stay and I would rent the house again!

Fanta Sea was a great property centrally located on the island and secluded from other rentals with an amazing view. Everything described in the listing is exactly how the house was. Cleo, the property manager greeted us at the door when we arrived and was available on What’s app with answers to any question throughout our stay. She was great! Beach towels were provided and nice. The bath towels were quality and very nice.
A car is a must to be able to enjoy all the island has to offer. All the public beaches are so quiet it’s almost like you have the beach to yourself. And each one is gorgeous. Plenty of restaurants close to the property too. We had a great time!

This was a great place to stay with friends. Beautiful views, very clean, manager was very helpful. Convenient location close to town. Only negative was that it is next to the power plant which runs 24/7 but with the A/C on you can't hear it.

The home was much larger than the 4 of us needed, however we would certainly stay here again. Coast to coast views from the upper decks made for some wonderful photo memories. The pool was perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day exploring the island.

Fantasea Villa was conveniently located from the airport, George Town, and all the beaches and attractions were easily accessible!! The weather was perfect every day of the week we stayed. Restaurants provided good food, good drinks, and most of all very friendly and nicest people to wait on us!!! The property manager Willie was always available to answer all the questions and requests we had. There are no words fit to describe the beauty of the ocean and the white sand beaches. The best vacation we had to date! We will certainly plan to go back!!! ❤️😎😍

Our time spent at Fanta Sea was fantastic! Beautiful view and perfect location in the middle of the island. There are several quite beaches very close, some even walking distance. The villa is located next to Splash bar and grill, and we definitely recommend. We would 100% stay again!

We stayed with our family of 6 for thanksgiving and it was perfect. The location was excellent, the property was as described and Willie went above and beyond to help us throughout the trip.

What an excellent vacation! We just got home from out five night stay and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We traveled with two adults and four teenagers and the house had ample room. We rented a car for the full time and we’re please with that decision. The first day, after we checked in, we had an excellent lunch at Island Boy cafe then drove down the beach to Hoppers Bay where we swam with the sea turtles. On the way home we stopped at the grocery and stocked up on. Just a heads up that everything is about double the price. With that in mind, we packed snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray and lots of snacks from home.
Day two we packed a cooler and took the water taxi to Chat N Chill. One of our most favorite days. We fell in love with the stingrays and the conch salad. I would recommend not ordering the conch salad spicy…it was too much even for this Cajun girl!
For two of the days, we rented a boat. I highly recommend this but go ahead and pay extra for the larger boat. The 22’ with duel engines was perfect. The water can be rougher then it looks and you can cover a lot more ground with the bigger engine. On a day without the boat, we drove a ways and stopped at Pretty Mollys Beach and Tropic of Cancer. We also had a great lunch at Santanas.
Over all it was amazing! The water is the prettiest I have ever seen and we are looking forward to a return trip! The next time we go, we will probably add the full day excursion to swim with the pigs.

Wonderful location and a great host!
This property shines not just because of its wonderful central location and view (which is incredible), but also because of Willie - the property manager. He did a great job communicating, welcoming us at the property, and ensured that we had a great time on our trip. The house is exactly as listed, and was very comfortable. I can't recommend this property enough, and we would certainly stay again the next time we are in The Exumas.

We LOVE Exuma and the FantaSea offers a great central location and if you don't need to be on the ocean, the view is amazing. Willie is super responsive and helpful. The property is as advertised, you see what you get in the posting. It could use some TLC, deep cleaning. and functional and comfortable furniture (living room set is patio furniture - as pictured and beds are a little shaky). It is a very basic rental, but provides great space and function. Location is central to everything, but will still require a car. The only restaurant regularly open in walking distance is Splash at Hideaways (staff is not super friendly) and food isn't great. Frankie Bananas is no longer open and Latitudes may have been open 1 day while we were there for 11 and never experienced it. But, there is way too much more to experience on the island and Shirley's and other shacks are open down the road, grocery and liquor stores available nearby and just fun to explore unique and different places throughout this beautiful destination. We highly recommend: Hopper's Bay (turtles), Coco Plum, Jolly Hall (although we didn't get to experience on a calm day), Tropic of Cancer is overrated, but worth the drive to see it and other beaches on Little Exuma. Haulover Bay beach bar is a hidden gem and so special - if you go during low tide you can walk to Man O War island. Santana's is there too and don't miss Mom's Bakery (yum!) - make a day or two of Little Exuma and seeing the Salt Flats.. We rented a boat 2 days (Minns and Island Exclusive) and took a fantastic full day tour with Exuma Water Sports (if you are going to do ONE thing, do this - such unique things to see). When you see pictures of empty long beautiful beaches, they are accurate - you feel like you might have this island to yourself and it is truly a relaxing and tropical destination that we will be coming back to.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS
We enjoyed our stay at FantaSea. Willy met us at the house upon arrival and was very helpful during our stay. The house has amazing views and plenty of room for a large group. There’s a nice pool and a lot of outside sitting area to enjoy the view and nice breeze. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The location is close to restaurants and the grocery stores and centrally located on the island so that’s a big plus. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Willy was great and always there to answer any questions you might have. We’ve been to Exuma several times. It’s a beautiful island with wonderful people so pack your bags and go enjoy the island.

You could not ask for a better location. Close to grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, banks, etc. And the views….hands down the most stunning views of one of Exuma’s most picturesque bays. Willy was awesome too. So helpful, attentive, and such a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fantasea. It was quiet and private and just what we needed to relax and decompress. Great location and stunning view !
If you rent a car, it's close to George Town. It's bit less than 5 min drive. Close to the restaurants, groceries, banks and beaches.
The place is clean and everything works. A/C is in every room and works really well too. There is a faucet outside to wash your sandy feet before going inside.
The only downside for us was the bed was too soft... we prefer a firmer bed. I guess everybody has a different preference and someone was saying very conformable bed in the review but for the people who like a firmer mattress, all the beds in this house are relatively soft but I gotta tell you our family had a wonderful time here !!

Amazing Views!
We just loved being in this property with views to die for. Willy was so very helpful and was on call whenever we needed him. Easy access to beaches and only a short car ride to Georgetown. Would definitely stay at FantaSea again!
