We had a wonderful time, this is our third stay with this host. He is very attentive and is happy to help in any way necessary. He is available to give us restaurant advice and for any household needs we might have. We refer people to him all the time and everyone has a wonderful stay. He is a great host and the property is in the perfect location.

This is our second year of staying here for our family ladies trip. We love the location and the condo is perfect.

It took only minutes to feel at home. The condo was even prettier than the photos. The views are amazing but the interior was so comfortable and inviting some of us spent more time indoors. Everyone found the beds/bedding so comfortable that they complained that I woke them up too early. All in all we had a wonderful time and will definitely return. All previous reviews were spot on!! Sal was there from check in to check out. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our week there. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the pool! Well stocked to allow for cooking & eating in. Definitely recommend staying here! Ranks right up there with the best vacation ever!!

first all and first most, SHOUT OUT TO SAL!!!! he was an amazing host and made our stay much better. although the weather was HORRIBLE for our memorial day weekend but Sal was able to make it a great stay with his place. he has exceptional communication and he was also very welcoming. i stayed with my partner and a group of 8 and we were perfectly situated. i 100000% recommend staying at his place for a myrtle beach getaway. SAL I WILL BE COMING BACK! CHEERS my friend!

The pictures on VRBO is not doing the property justice. It far exceeded all of my expectations. The owner was so helpful with restaurant ideas and things to do. The area is convenient to everything. Best vacation!!

It’s tradition for me and my family to take Labor Day trips to different locations, so I must say I give this condo a 5 star if I could rate it higher I would. I have never had my host greet me at the front door for starters that made my welcoming start off really well. Secondly he was extra friendly and assisted us with locations to beach broadway walk etc to make sure we enjoyed our time here. The view is AMAZING with the 2 additional balconies attached to the master suits. The pool was great and we also were able to use the grills on site. We were able to enjoy the fireworks show from the balcony as well which was great entertainment for our little ones. Again this condo was amazing and we had the best host hands down. I recommend 10 times over.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Barefoot Landing. Sal was readily available to answer questions or for quick repairs. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The views are awesome and the Monday night fireworks were spectacular.

The property was in a great location with an awesome view of the harbor and Barefoot Landing. We enjoyed the fireworks on Monday night. Each bedroom has its own bath which was definitely a plus. Sal, the owner, was very responsive at all times and was great to work with.

Check in was easy, Sal called to make sure we got in and had all the check in information- he even allowed an early check in. Sal gave us information on the shuttles to the beach and barefoot landing, he told us about monday night fireworks, and gave some helpful information about things to do and places to eat. Sal was easy to get ahold of. When we needed something (a toaster and oven mitts) he had them brought over immediately! He even comped $$ for the pool being closed for a few days. The condo was clean and very spacious, we had 9 people and there was more than enough room for everyone! The balconies had amazing views of the water way, barefoot landing, and the pool. The balcony absolutely was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks! Everything was great!! Thanks Sal!! If we head back the myrtle beach in the future- we will look into staying here again!

Remarkable stay. Condo was everything and more than we expected. The pics are accurate and in person this place is fabulous. Pool was great, beds are comfortable. The property was exactly as advertised. It was spacious and clean. The entire group was happy with the amenities and location. The property manager was proactive in his communication. We could not have been happier or more impressed with his professionalism. We would rent here again without a second thought.

Had 4 couples and there was plenty of room. The pool was not yet open, but the beach is a short drive or shuttle. The unit is very clean and the beds were great! Sal was easy to work with and quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. We will be back!!

The owner is wonderful to work with he is so pleasant anything you need, he will make sure the needs are met , the property is so clean and beautiful, the pictures that are posted definitely states the truth. Everything was good

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days with a group of 10. We could’ve easily squeezed a few more people if need be. The condo was so beautiful and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future. Rained a lot while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much as we would’ve liked but the condo was a wonderful place to hideaway from the rain. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Everything was absolutely great! In the future if ever in need of a large condo for another family trip in Myrtle Beach, this is the place! Couldn’t have asked for anything better 😊

This was a wonderful , spacious , clean and perfect condo for our family . The location is great and condo had all of the items needed to stay in and cook . Couches and decor were better than we expected , pictures did not do the condo justice . We will definitely be staying here for all our North Myrtle Beach vacations .

We got to the place, and the owner was so friendly, he helped us out so much and recommended us so many place to go to, the place is super nice and clean, we really had a great vacation. We really recommend this place.
