Todo muy bien

A localização é ótima e o sítio é bastante calmo e silencioso. Ótimo para fugir da confusão! Quarto bastante espaçoso. Funcionários simpáticos :)

A casa não tem isolamento sonoro nenhum, sendo que qualquer barulho feito pelos outros hospedes dava para ouvir como se estivessem no quarto connosco. Dormimos muito mal porque houve barulho até às 3h da madrugada com o bater de portas e diálogo entre pessoas. O quarto tinha algum pó e as fronhas das almofadas apresentavam algumas manchas. Aspeto menos importante: a cama não era tão confortável como o esperado mas aceitável para uma noite.

the room smelled of cigarette smoke masked by several perfumes … I have allergies and these scented perfumes were the worst … I had to place atomizers outside the room and put duvets cover and decorative pillows in the closet, which also smelled of heavy cigarette smoke - the extra duvet was kept in the closet … the AC couldn’t be used because it too smelled of dense cigarette smoke … the guest room was next to a laundry room and the washing machine was running at 11 pm and was banging against the guest room wall where the headboard sets … tried contacting staff by messaging and by phone with unreasonable delayed response times

Could do with a good clean

Good bathroom, nice grounds outside, nice house.

Bad matress, too noisy with the other guests till late hours of the night and early morning, shared kitchen with water bottles missing of the shared fridge.

Lumpy pillows, uncomfortable mattress ( you could feel the springs), very thin bedding, felt like being bitten throughout the night, very noisy until well passed one o'clock in the morning ( washing machine drum rattling loudly it sounded as if an helicopter was hovering over the bedroom) then someone made quite a lot of noise as they came back in the early morning and then the smell of cigarette smoke filtered through under our bedroom door. Kitchen facilities could look cleaner and certainly washing cloth and drying towels could do with being replaced. Sadly, the WiFi connection was so weak in our room that it kept disconnecting and although there was a nice bath, we couldn't get it to work either. Pity as the location and property have the potential to offer a formidable stay.
