Great location and lovely views. Property had everything you would need.

Outstanding view. Lots of very comfortable, well thought out space for family times together and solitude when desired. Exceptionally clean throughout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and well appointed bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for a large family. Brilliant roof terrace for morning coffee, evening drinks and watching the ever-changing water. We loved having meals and fun in the kitchen-dinner and relaxing together in the loft room. Dartmouth was a delightful place to explore but it was wonderful to get back to the peace and views of Kingswear. A good location for enjoying South Devon. Parking slightly awkward - okay in the summer, but would be inconvenient in poor weather.

The balcony was a great asset giving wonderful views over the River Dart. The house had all the facilities you would need with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The parking permit is a great plus.

The number of flights of stairs may prove difficult for some people.
