Host was super friendly
Very dirty toilet, had to wipe it my self. Lots of hair was on the edges. Bath robe was dirty. Sleeve of it was with the dry dirt almost a foot long, was not useable at all.
Not enough simple personal care stuff. Was only left with 2 coffee pods just to show us what kind to buy for the future. Only 1 toilet paper (was provided with an another one after asked but made clear that it’s our responsibility to buy it if run out.
Im not only comparing with Airbnb in Canada and USA, we’ve stayed in some in Italy where full bar was offered, Champagne, beers snacks for free. I’m not expecting that from everyone however just put few bottles of water and give enough toilet paper. I think it’s reasonable. Don’t want to offend however this will help you in the future I bet. Not a single paper towel. No dishwashing soap (completely empty) . I believe those are simple things to have. Spend 5 euros and get thousands of new happy customers. This is my opinion. Otherwise everything was fair for the money paid and host was super nice. Thank you

Mrs. Huriya was kind and friendly, and always seeking to help, The apartment's space is wonderful, the furniture makes you feel like you're in a beautiful museum, the view from the apartment is stunning, and Mrs. Huriya's demeanor is great.
The car parking wasn't free.

Everything was above my expectations. The house in a very nice and quiet area, close to the tram that goes to the city center. Also very close to the Atomium and Mini Europe (15 min walk). The rooms were very clean, spacious. The owner was very nice and always willing to help, if needed.

The location of apartment is very good, the nearby tram makes it easy to travel to centre. The landlady was nice and ready to help.

Beautiful neighborhood and apartment in a very nice part of town. Close to the tramway. Clean and comfy. Hostess was very kind upon arrival and very quick to respond, even graciously did our laundry.
Felt like you were living in someone's home (I think you are), lack of privacy. Not recommend for children, lots of fragile décor and steep staircase. The only part that felt strange was when she told us to keep our blinds shut so the neighbors wouldn't know that she rented the place out. Felt overpriced for what you got and the hostess while polite seemed like she was doing you a favor to let you stay there but you are paying to rent the place so just a bit strange. Also parking is expensive (street parking so not the fault of the host) 18 euro/day for a place so far outside the city center which seemed odd but you have the tram around the corner if needed.

The property is in quite a high-end area of Brussels. The metro station is very close to the property. The property is well-lit and spacious. It has big windows in all the rooms. They have a well-maintained backyard. My little one would love playing there with the hostess's grandson. It has all the appliances (except a working washing machine) that one would possibly need.
The hostess is very gracious and goes the extra mile in ensuring the guests stay comfortable.
There are two things that may discourage families from coming back to this property
(1) The property has beautiful expensive delicate showpieces (pots, etc) in the living room. If you are staying here with little kids then you have to be extremely careful that they stay away from the area. It will not be easy for sure as these displays are everywhere in the main living room so you will have to confine your kids to the bedroom which can be extremely challenging and stressful.
(2) The location of the property: The metro station is just 4 minutes away. However, this station is 14 stops away from the center. This can be challenging if you like to leave in the morning for sightseeing and then come back late afternoon to the property for a break and then go out again in the evening. This is very common among families with little kids.

It was a safe and quiet place, the bed was big and so lovely to sleep in

Lovely place to stay, with a friendly host. Also nice access to the garden. Very comfortable and light space.
