Loved how clean it was and all the decor, it was just a really great little house

We didn’t know where to take the trash to like a dumpster, and wish more trash bags would of been left instead of just two.

The property was great, great location, just the right size for our family.

Not a lot that we didn’t like. Two queen beds weren’t as comfy but can’t complain. The dishwasher still had a load of dirty dishes and floors were little sandy. but nothing we couldn’t handle.

I called 3 times about wristbands for the pool entry and me and my family never got them..We were there Thursday-Sunday and never got them..We were told at check in that they were supposed to be on a lanyard on the refrigerator but they weren’t

It was very quiet. The entire property was kept very clean. The apartment was furnished very nicely.

There were garbage bags left in each restroom for a lavatory can however, there were no cans. The shower curtain in one of the showers was about 8 inches above the step so when we stepped out, the floor was very dangerous to walk on as it was wet from the shower so, we used all of our bath towels in the floor to keep from falling. My son did in fact fall but had only a bruise but the situation angered me so. Also, the laundry dryer didn't work so I wasn't able to wash and dry the linens as my contract had asked; contract verbiage was to begin laundry "if I had time", which I did. I reported the dryer to VACASA.

Rooms were very large and had plenty of space. I will definitely be staying here again when we are on the coast.

Upon first glance it looked nice.

The apartment appeared to be clean upon arrival but as we started paying more attention it was filthy under the beds, the shower drain in the master bathroom didn’t drain properly and most of the dishes in the shelves where filthy and had to be washed!

The blinds in room were messed up and missing which cause it to be bright in room while trying to sleep

when arrived not code to get into gate no correct information to get wifi no code to get into pool area no explanation about where to dump trash

Wish we would have rented lower condo.This was a 2nd story Condo

We did not have access to the pool because our wristbands were never delivered even after calling vacasa customer service twice.

THE CONSTRUCTION WORK. I had absolutely no parking in front of my room due to equipment.
