I booked my relatives for overnight stay and notified the hotel for a late check in and were very nice to accommodate them. They liked that it's near JFK and has free shuttle.

Because of the early flight, they were not able to avail of the free breakfast. We don't understand the purpose of a non-refundable and non-cancellation accommodation.

No fue fácil ingresar y salir hotel con el equipaje las rampas no estaban habilitadas para ingresar un equipaje de más de 23 k el hotel no tiene personal para ayudar a las personas mayores con algunas limitaciones, el hotel no es arquitectonicamente inclusivos para personas discapacitados. La habitación no cuenta con buena ventilación. En el interior de la misma estaba oliendo a cigarrillo, y la ventanas no podían abrirse, igualmente vidrios sucios por las obras en construcción del frente del hotel.

Just a regular airport hotel, no surprises. Ok for one night. Street parking is free if you find a space. 10 min drive from JFK. Breakfast was better than expected.

Rooms are pretty compact. Breakfast closed at 9am, not convenient for travellers. The price was not cheap.

It's a great place if you are looking for a quick overnight stay and a place to lay your travel weary bod to rest. The beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean.The front desk staff was so helpful in getting me a ride from the airport to the hotel after the shuttle service has stopped. My flight had been cancelled, Delta was useless at helping me out with overnight accommodations, it was very late & I was totally wiped out! The woman at the front desk was so kind to me and patient and helped me connect to my driver after some miscommunication who got me safely to the hotel. She went over and beyond and I'm so appreciative of that. Thank you!

The lack of food nearby. If you miss the free breakfast like I did you are totally out of luck! There is nowhere to walk to nor any restaurants nearby. There is a Subway about 4 blocks away and that's it! The location, although close to the airport, is not good or close to any attractions. The sanitation dept is nearby snd although I do realize its value to NYC, it's not a great area for a hotel. Also there was zero soundproofing and I could hear all the street noises like they were inside my room.

Convenient to JFK for overnight stay, including free shuttle service. Great bed and nice room with plenty of space. Clean. Unfortunately we needed to leave at 6am and were unable to enjoy breakfast.

Front desk told us we could get box breakfast since we were leaving before they opened up but kitchen staff did not seem excited to provide. Price was VERY high. We travelled Europe for a month before returning to the states and the one night in NYC was by far the most expensive of the entire trip.

This hotel has been completely renovated, and everything was very new and I like the design and the comfort. The beds were comfortable, the air condition was very quiet. The bathroom was great. Although the hotel is located in a very noisy area, we didn’t hear too much from the outside noise, so obviously the windows are very good. The staff Seem to be a bit rough at the beginning, but they were actually very helpful when we needed something

Although the hotel is located very conveniently close to the airport, it is in an industrial area, surrounded by a highway, sanitation, carport, and some other rundown industrial buildings. I was quite frightened at first come up, but the inside of the hotel is OK. The one thing I really hated at this place with the breakfast. Actually the food did not deserve that name. Just got a bag of some sugary things and plastic that looked like they have survived the pandemic. at least they had coffee and tea for liquids. I find it quite sad, that there is so much garbage produced by all the plastic. I wish North American hotels would follow the European example and find some more environmentally friendly options.

Complimentary grab and go bfast in the morning. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

An additional charge to park inside hotel’s parking lot. Stains in the carpet. Molding in shower grout. Microwave located downstairs in the lobby instead of in my room.

Breakfast was grab and go bags. I was disappointed! I liked the secured elevator. Everything else was fine.

During the busy weekend. There was one person trying to do check in and everything else. That slowed things down a bit. The front desk staff still did a terrific job with handling the guest under the circumstances.

Near constant noise. Planes, trains and highways close by. Planes expected since it’s close to the airport. Rooms are not well sound proofed - can hear people next door through walls and also noise from passages

It was very very noisy. Breakfast was a weird bag of junk.

Closeness to the airport

I was billed twice .. first by the third party booking . Com group that booked the hotel and by the hotel reception on the morning of 27th April even after I showed proof that I had paid in advance .. very disheartening

The location was perfect, cleanliness, hand sanitizer was visible, the breakfast was already packed in a bag. Towels were available, the housekeeping team was great.

I didn’t like that parking was wherever you can find it.

The place is not bad, we had an early departure so can't say more than that.

We did ask for airport shuttle but seems like they forget us, we had to pay 20 dollars for a var to get there at 5 am. No breakfast to go also,, we had one finally but after multiple talk. What is written is just false. Nothing more. Other address nearby are maybe better. Hope this will help. One last thing, i did try to contact the manager but no answer. I think they just don't care.

Service (Schattelbus) besonders. Und das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Unser Zimmer war neben dem Fahrstuhl. Es war sehr laut, wenn der Fahrstuhl in Betrieb ist.

Sehr bequeme Betten, sehr freundlicher Service am Empfang (WIr bekamen direkt Speisekarten von Lieferdiensten und Wünsche wie ein Babybett wurden umgehend erfüllt), gut funktionierender Airportshuttle

Sehr kleine Zimmer, sodass mit Babybett kaum mehr eine Bewegung möglich war, sehr hellhörig insbesondere die Straße

It's a bit far from the main attractions, but there's a busstop right in front of the hotel

The staff is very nice and the hotel is close to the airport, also offer shuttle service which is very convenient.

Location great as close to the airport and the shuttle helped being a first timer in the city and arriving at night. Breakfast is in a bag as all other reviews specified but it was adequate. You also had boiled eggs, yoghurt and coffee on tap.

The receptionists on arrival were not very welcoming but might have just been a long day. Other staff quite helpful. Smell of cannabis in the elevator and down the corridor but well, so does the whole of New York it appears!

Nothing around (restaurants, shops…) breakfast was in a bag… no scrambled eggs, etc…)

They need to do better with the breakfast as We dont have a lot choice
