Rooms are nice.

Weird layout. Some staff members were not very friendly or helpful. Early check in charge is outrageous. Facilities were lacking. One restaurant was open and it was over priced for the quality of what was being served.

I stayed overnight. I was not able to experience the full benefits of the hotel. So I am unable to really speak to the experience. It was a bit expensive for an overnight. I did like their gym and the cafe. The gym had a full range of equipment to have a satisfying workout. The cafe made a decent morning tea that was tasty!

It was too short a stay to like of like or dislike anything. However, coming it as late as I did, I wanted a light meal. I was unable to find it. That was disappointing.

The hotel room itself was really nice and comfortable. Slept well on a good mattress. The location near JFK was unbeatable except the fact that there's no shuttle. The staff were nice. Check in and out process was easy. No complaints about the room.

How can there be no shuttle to the airport? Really don't understand that. The whole vibe of the hotel/resort world was off. There was no pool or hot tub (how can you call that a resort?). The food court was sad and lacked options. It was mostly Chinese food, which is fine but it would be nice to have more options. We stayed here the night before an early flight and I would think twice about doing it again based on the food options and the lack of kid friendly experiences. We didn't go to the casino but did see it from the food court and wow, that is a sad sad place. Way too many lights and sounds with all the slots. Would definitely not recommend bringing kids based on that and the sketchy vibe. The room was great but the whole place felt very strange.

Some of the staff were very friendly and accommodating but when we checked in, they seemed tired and not very interested in resolving our issues. They gave us a king room facing the parking garage when we paid for a city view. When we inquired about this, they stated that because we booked with a third party site, the rooms were randomly picked and we would never get a true city view. They then changed our room to room 0713 which was a tiny room with a queen bed and that was just not acceptable. When I went to the front desk they said they had no more rooms available so we were forced to stay in a cramped room with a small bathroom. I have stayed here several times and this was the first time I was disappointed. This was a Valentine's Day get a way and for the money we paid it was very disappointing. Also, when we order food there is always a hassle.

Wouldn’t rate this as an airport hotel. We were lead to believe there was a shuttle from JFK so made our way to the shuttle bus depot (with 8 bags and a baby) only to find out there is no shuttle to the airport. It made an already long day of travel much longer

I was a guest at Resorts World NYC and requested a late check out for noon. Stephanie Jailall told me they were completely booked and couldn’t accommodate a late check out. Instead I paid $184 for staying 2 hours beyond the 11am check out. When I checked there were still plenty of rooms available to be booked. Please see attachment. In addition there was no television service this AM. Stephanie Jailall told me there was no service recovery due since it was weather related. I am attaching a photo of what was on the screen this morning.

Everything was perfect. Ash, in the reception was so kind and welcoming. He let me stay until 13h in my room and I didn’t have to pay for breakfast. He was truly kind.

There should be at least one more loo paper in the bathroom.

Room was too hot or too cold. Very noisy late at night with the casino crowd. The restaurant (steak house) was good but very expensive for the quality.

Stayed here twice while dropping off in Aug picking up in Dec from JFK. Overpriced considering no valet or even help with our luggage. Service OK. Restaurant available WAY OVERPRICED and certainly not worth it. Will bring my own food next time I will travel out of JFK.

La chambre était vaste ,comme indiqué sur votre site,très agréable,très bien agencée , la salle de bains avec une très grande cabine de douche , et le petit plus,la bouilloire ou cafetière que j.ai appréciée,devant partir très tôt de l'hôtel pour mon vol. Le lit ,très confortable , j.ai regretté de ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps.... En plus ,l.hotel n' est qu.à quelques km de l.aéroport, appréciable,surtout à New-York, de pouvoir s.y rendre en taxi en peu de temps Petit plus,une somme de 10usd est offerte ,à dépenser dans le petit mini market,dans le hall.

Je pensais que le lendemain matin,devant partir très tôt, on m.aurait remis une facture,mais a 5h,je n.ai vu que 2 personnes qui n.etaient pas très loin de la reception mais pas de réceptionniste,donc j.ai déposé ma clef sur le comptoir. Cependant j.aimerais bien. Que l.etablissement me fasse parvenir une facture

The location was great. Train station close to resort. That made it easy to get to Time Square also if you wanted to take train anywhere

Once I checked in and given room. The staff who checked us in didn't mention that key cards needed in elevator to get to rooms. We try a few times hitting bottom to our floor and using different elevators thing they were down. When we were looking for stairs to try to get to rooms another way. The security guard asked us did we need help. We told him the elevator weren't working and looking for stairs to get to room. He walk us over and show us you needed to scan key card for room to get to floor. As he was showing us the same thing happened to another customers she was jumping from elevator to elevator. The security guard showed her how to get to room as well and explained everything to us on they way up to room. This should've been discussed during check in process. The front staff needed better training on how to direct customers on faculties and what in the area like the train station is just across the street if you need to get around and what restaurants area available on site or near area. Also I repaid for my room and the staff at check in was trying to charge me again. They have a whole computer in front of them and they couldn't see that information. When I told her it's prepaid I shouldn't have to pay again she then she started looking a what was on file. Front check in staff not friendly and your working in hospitality field. They seem like they don't want to be there.

Clean, modern and close to airport

It was rain very hard that night and the clerk was very rude. Told me to park my car on the outside parking lot. Leaving me to walk back to the hotel in the stormy rain. Not only did I get wet but so did my clothes...

All of the staff I asked gave me the wrong information. There is no food available for breakfast and nothing for lunch except for one restaurant. The main outside entrance had garbage outside, stains in the sidewalk. For a Hyatt it should have been cleaner.

I thought that the staff was particularly good and always helpful. My needs were completely met.

There was nothing I did not like.

No valet when we had luggage. Daughter was leaving for 4 months overseas so we had 2 large pieces of luggage; we had no help except to open the door for us. Then...I had to park myself and walk back. I would have been OK with that if it had been a cheaper place to stay!! I expect more if I pay more!

Property was clean and rooms are larger than the average NY hotel room. Very close to both airports and parking is not only free but plenty of it!
