Great location, big and comfortable house, lovely garden at the back where the sun hits!
As there is a great kitchen, it would be nice to have a table and chairs to sit around to eat at. Table and chairs in the garden also as the weather was lovely but we were unable to sit out and enjoy it at the property

Bathroom needed upgrade desperately. Flooring in bathroom desperately needs replacing

a beautyful house close to the center in a calm aeria. Best place for to sleep in pretty loveley rooms with flair and very clean! Good and helpful informations by the host for to come in and feeling served well.
for a family it is not comfortable to have any meals in this House. There is no table and not any chair, only sofas and a very small living room table. The Garden is out of use, not in condition for to stay in it, also without any tables or chairs.

Quiet yet very close to city centre. Spacious bedrooms. Harry was easy to contact and checked in on how things were going during our stay. Netflix was a bonus as evening entertainment after days of trodding the streets as tourists.
Tricky parking in the narrow lane way but we got used to it.

Harry was a very professional host and prompt to respond to any queries we had. The property is in an excellent location and feels very cosy.

beds were comfortable
the crockery and cutlery were dirty, the oven trays were dirty and so was the fridge. there was no where to sit and eat, the sofa wasn’t very clean. no room to walk around the bed to get in, one room only large enough for bed and door.

The beds were really comfy and the house was very clean. The house was also very warm which was lovely.
We stayed in the room by the road and we were woken up a lot by drunk students. Of course this isn’t your fault but maybe you could get some double glazed windows to cancel out the noise. We also didn’t have a working lamp and would have loved some kind of shower gel.

Location was excellent for us and the beds were very comfortable. House very clean.
There was no dining table or chairs. The ‘large garden’ was disappointing - broken concrete patio, weedy grass with nowhere to sit.

Brilliant location, comfortable beds, nice decor and garden, 2 TVs - nice to be able to access Netflix etc
We would have liked a dining table. Light wasn't working in bedroom.

The location was superb. A short walk into the beautiful city. A Waitrose and Tesco express was just a short walk away and a local shop and nice pub were just two or three minutes walk away too. The bed linen at the house was beautiful - white, clean and arranged artistically with throws and cushions. We'll definitely be returning.
