The townhouse is exceptional, never seen such spaciousness and high building standards in England. Enjoyed the smart house facilities, great sound system and flat TVs all over the place. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry. Well designed backyard that my kids enjoyed alot. It is close to bus station that takes you to city center and 10 min walk to jesus park.

It is secluded from the rest of hotel facilities, can't access the gym with keyfob. Only one key provided which is not convenient for families. No house keeping, though there are enough towels and toilet papers provided in all 4 bathrooms. Major issue with maintenance holes below the sinks virtually in all bathrooms, it is made with heavy tile fixed with glue i believe from a glue gun!!. One of them fell and injured my son's foot, luckily it was minor but I believe it can cause more harm. Told the reception about the incident, and they need to secure it.

There was ample space. The area was quiet. Easy access to the heart of Camridge and shops. The accomodation was light and airy.

It would be better if the oven was clean. How and where to collect the key needs to improve. Check out time via Booking and info given in the accomodation differ. The booklet in the accommodation stated to call a number to return the key. On doing so, we were told to return the key to the hotel.

Excellently furnished and spec’ed property! loved the top floor Master bedroom!

occasionally within some tokens found it either too hot or too cold with limited knowledge of the heating/ cooling systems/ ability to switch off totally

this is by far the best price I’ve ever had to pay for 3 rooms plus living room and kitchen. it’s absolutely wonderful !!

the only problem we had was that there was no one to show us around, and it wasn’t clear where to pick up keys etc. Hotel staff were helpful, but completely unknowledgeable about the houses.

absolutely beautiful hotel and the townhouses are incredible. lots of little touches which make a huge difference like the smart lighting, speakers and showers

it was excellent. the location was grand. it was all we could have asked for.

Location. Accommodation was exceptional … spacious …central to city .

The fact you are told you can check in at 3 pm … but it is 4 pm the earliest .. so we had to find somewhere to park cars ! Only 1 parking space allocated ( property sleeps 6 ) so 2 nd car had to park in Hotel car park at charge of £21 per day ( that is a discounted price !! Which is still a lot to add to your stay ) I think this should be made clearer .

The house is delightful. There are three floors and the top floor bedroom is really lovely. It is a very big room so if you are drawing straws, make sure you get that one! The house suited our family perfectly. It is very tastefully decorated. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend it. We would definitely go back (our son lives in Cambridge). Being right by the hotel is an added bonus so you can pop over for a drink and nibbles or a game of pool. You can use the pool etc for £10 per day. Excellent find!

The smart technology for the lighting and heating was a bit tricky to work. We didn't have a big enough frying pan so we asked at Reception and housekeeping had it delivered to our door in minutes. I wish we'd asked sooner as we didn't have enough glasses (plenty of wine glasses though!) and I'm sure they would have been delivered too, so just ask. The showers are really lovely but the drains were a bit blocked - we mentioned this on check out so I'm sure they will be fixed immediately. I wouldn't let any of this put you off at all as it is a beautiful house.

Only negative was that we couldn’t check in until after 4, but booking.com listed check-in time as 3. They did allow us to checkout an hour later however .

Spotlessly clean, large airy rooms and bathrooms. The houses were quiet and felt secure - ideally located for our needs Soundproofing across the houses - fabulous sound systems too - up to the minutes tech .. The top floor bedrooms wee huge with private balcony space - all in all 100% from us

I cannot say there was anything missing - our needs were quite specific, so although some extras may have been welcome I feel for a general staycation these properties are impressive
