Central location

Poor cleanliness, carpets and sofas dirty and smelly had to cover with sapre throws from beds so we could sit. Oven dirty we had to clean beforehand so we could use it. Radiators downstairs didn't work, requested them to be fixed. The maintenance man came without out the radiator key to bleed radiator therefore wasn't fixed. Deposit take out if bank 3 times. Place is in need of a good clean and repaint.

Maintenance staff just entry the property while we were out, we reliase after returning. All our bags was left open as we didn't though of anyone would enter without notifying us

If I was to be made aware of the deposit before hand. I would have done that rather than come to collect the key before made aware of the deposit which made the kids to be a little bit uncomfortable but is ok at the end. I work in the hospital as a ward manager for many years. So I will not just run away from the small deposit to make life comfortable for my kids. But it is fine. Am now aware. I advice you place the deposit at the site of the room charges to be aware too.

a beautiful house just 15 min drive from town.

The property was advertised with a garden and bbq facilities, but the door was permanently locked so these couldn’t be used.
