Cleanliness, although the complex needs a lot of maintenance

The facilities are not as advertised, none of the airconditinoers in the complex works, and that was the only reason I selected this accommodation

Everything was great,staff excellent.only complaint was that hot water was not available from 5pm to 9pm, otherwise perfect

The hot water situation

We had to leave early - at 6.30 for a bus transfer to Kruger National Park from the airport. Despite making this information clear at the time of booking and in check in, no breakfast was provided. More importantly, when the taxi arrived to take us to the bus terminal, there was no one at reception and we couldn’t get out to the taxi and nor could it get in through the security gate! We searched desperately for the reception staff as the minutes ticked by. The phone number didn’t connect with anyone — just rang to the empty desk. Eventually the taxi driver found staff at another gate. But your service on this matter was unacceptable and very stressful for us. We nearly missed the shuttle. We could see the taxi but couldn’t get to it. I had made it clear at time of booking that we would need help with a taxi early in the morning and had been reassured you would do that!

Weak wifi signal, ants problem

no wifi , no electricity thoughout the apartment only 1 plug working , no plug kettle to make tea or coffee, no stove to make breakfeast,

i didnt like the fact that the place was infested with cockroaches.and my children and i never slept

The spaciousness of the facility Staff friendly

Poor wifi No electricity on our stay and it was hot, the aircon was not working

The only good thing that I can think of is that they moved us to another room after ours were flooded under water when we arrived.

For breakfast we got corn flakes in a packet on our table. The floor mat in the bathroom was dirty like it has been used before. The place are not being maintained.
