Everything was great!

Only issue was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room or anywhere in the hotel to use.

The Hotel was recently refurbished and very cool facilities. I loved the style of my corner room, with a nice view of the city and brand new TV/Coffee machine. Super quick check in /check out service

The Gym area was quite small. I was alone so it was perfect, but it can get very crowded already with 4 people in

This stay was amazing. The hotel itself and the rooms are so beautiful, great view of the city. In a convenient area, near various food options and not difficult to uber to other activities. The staff was very kind and accomodating. Gym facility also nice with clean and up to date equipment. 10/10.

Very convenient location of traveling by train. It is a short walk to Chicago Union Station. Very convenient bag storage.

No problems at all.

We were able to upgrade to a suite for a very decent price. It was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The staff were all very friendly. They even had live singers in the lounge while we had a cocktail before heading out for the night. We’ll definitely be back.

First...The staff at front desk great at check in. Loved the architecture of the building. Loved seeing food and bar options at front. The room was fantastic, clean, loved the classic decor and layout of the room. Loved the high quality coffee offering. Loved the comfy bed and furnishings. The separate rooms for the reception and bathroom into the bedroom separated was fantastic.

The theme of the hotel is beautiful and really clean. It's in a really great location. So many things to do and yummy things to eat just right outside the hotel. We were able to eat a yummy Italian beef sandwich at 9am on a Sunday Morning.

The A/C didn't ever work properly during our stay, and we ended up having to switch rooms at midnight. The tile in the shower is so slippery we had to lay a towel down, so we didn't bust a hip. The bar was never open.... and the roof top was not open at all. Oh, and the parking garage is a great concept until they won't let you in or out using the qr code given.

Was hard for me to use entry to lobby, didn't use the auto open once and the door ran onto the top of my foot as I opened it because it's kinda heavy and awkward. My bad tho.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It had a luxurious feel, it was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was great. The views of the city were really nice. I was so really impressed by the oversized towels. 100/10 would recommend.

The only thing I could say here is free breakfast, but that's no big deal.

Property is modern well presented with good sized rooms, nice ammenities and very friendly staff. It is ideally situated If you are travelling by train from Union Station

Only hotel we have stayed were advertised breakfast included by bookings.com is actually a limited $ amount voucher. The breakfast cafe on site is quite expensive and the voucher amount does not provide for the equivalent of a normal hotel buffet breakfast eg if you want a coffee & juice plus a pastry and cooked egg option the voucher will not cover it.

The decor was delightful. Loved the vibe in the lobby and the "train" car theme througout the property and room. It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful property. The Nespresso machine was fabulous, the water bottle with fresh water available down the hall made us happy, and the little decor details were such fun!

Only complaint with the property was that there were no pillow options-- all of them were extra soft; would be nice to have a variety of firmness from which to choose. However, it didn't hinder our experience too much. Another issue: Once we arrived in downtown, we had a question on parking and tried to call for directions-- no one answered. :-(

Okay room soft bedding and pretty decor

Unwelcoming front desk staff. Looked a little rough when checking in after traveling all day. Once at the desk I had a night and day experience compared to the woman checked in just before. I felt I was treated very cold and as if I was more of a bother than anything else.

Loved everything about this hotel. Just next to Willis Tower, location is perfect, you can walk anywhere or have public transportation very close. The hotel is designed perfectly, all the furnitures, ambience, quality was top notch. Rooms had great view, was wide and wonderfully decorated. All the room furnitures were selected tastefully, even the smallest details such as coffee mugs or water glasses were high quality. Loved that there was Nespresso machine in the rooms. It was great that our bottled water is always renewed but also there are refill stations in the key spots of room floors. Bathroom amenities were carefully selected and smelled so good. TVs were nice and wide, had free Showtime streaming.

The only problem was breakfast and front desk staff in this hotel. Canopy was offering a la carte breakfast with limited selection and allowance (42 dollars per room) which makes no sense when you compare it to Garden Inn breakfast. We went to Hilton Garden Inn breakfast hall to have breakfast every morning which has large buffet breakfast with lots of options. Had wonderful breakfasts there but that hotel has lower prices than Canopy. Canopy should definitely fix this. Also front desk staff was in beginner level. Had to talk to them 5 times to show them our reservation includes breakfast and none of them ever smiles. And Canopy should definitely provide breakfast box for the guests that needs to checkout before breakfast time. This is the first hotel that I saw which said we don't provide it. We had to have a very long conversation to have a breakfast box which shouldn't be a problem at the first place. Hilton is a very big brand and shouldn't allow for these unprofessional things to happen. Because we loved our stay in the hotel but had a big problem getting breakfast box.

Light switches in the room were confusing.Main switch turns off everything which is fine if traveling solo but not so much when with a group.
