Access from parking to room requires me to change elevators two times.

The hospitality of the staff is excellent

Stunning well kept hotel, rooms and facilities. Staff were lovely, helpful and professional. Room was spacious, comfy and great view.

Noise from the next room (or something) very early in the morning. Room service at night took a very very long time (literally one glass of wine) - had to call again to follow up.

Quiet and clean hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast has good spread, with nice view and stylish design. Gym is quiet and with good failitlies. Indoor swimming pool has nice view. Special thanks to the concierge team for helping to track down the taxi where we left our handphone and have it sent back to us at the airport. Excellent service!

The swimming pool is not made for adults (only less than 2M height.)

Everything is beyond my expectation. The staffs are very nice, the facilities are top classes, the food is exceptional.

new building and very luxury

The customer service was beyond satisfactory. We went to the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and they asked how they could help. I gave some vague instructions, but they delivered a spot on surprise.
