The whole room is dirty. The walls, the bedsheets, the bathroom, the ceiling. Got a 6 inch ragged hole in the ceiling. Curtains tied with raffia strings. Desk and bedside table looked like from a rubbish dump. Walls have dirt smudges. Window sills not cleaned for a long time. Bathroom walls and floor mouldy. Wash basin, toilet bowl and soap holder got yellow stains. Aircon control unit problematic. And the SMELL of the room - stale musty rank that makes me sick. Terrible!

wasn't attended immediately at the reception counter. the lobby was quite dark when I check in. found a small cockroach in my room.

Everything... As we checked in, i saw 3 tiny cockroaches in the jug and the water cups,, then my son saw another 3 cockroaches in the room.. total there were 6 cockroaches in the room.. Lift could not be use as it is under maintenance.. Unpleasant smell along the corridors of the room, i think it came from the restaurants next door.. Dirty toilet walls... Bed sheet and pillow covers were not clean...

Damp and dirty room. Staff is no available on time during check out. Need to wait around 30min waiting for the staff wake up
