the place was nice but the bed was way to hard and the room service we had to ask to come clean the room when we paid to have it done

Laura and Kwame made me feel at home during my first visit to Ghana. The establishment was clean, well-maintained, safe and Kwame and Laura helped me with anything I needed. I felt at home and will definitely be back when I am back in Accra.

If I had to mention one thing it's that Nesta Barron is a bit far out in North Legon if you want to be in the city centre of Accra. For my purposes (being at Ghana University) it was perfect.

I never like anything about them and by the way I didn't make my stay at their end due to lack of respect from their receptionist My room I booked was given to another customer without my knowledge and for her to explain things calmly to me, she insulted me in addition. I never like their welcome. So they should learn how to treat customers politely irespectively where the customer is coming from Thank you

I loved the breakfast, very clean utensils as well and lovely toast! clean room, my first notice was how good the place smells, no noise , very tight security , lovely beautiful welcoming manager who made sure I wasn’t lacking anything !

Enjoyed my stay! The apartment is morden, newly built, decently spacious and spotlessly clean. Basic kitchen area, sofa, TV, clean shower room and bedroom with adequate storage. I particularly liked the safety measures and unlimited internet access. Special mention to Laura(Manager) for her warmth and being very helpful! Thanks for the freebies!! A GREAT STAY and would definitely return!

Laura is an amazing manager. She how's above and beyond her duties. Out of all the properties I've visit this establishment is A-1. The security is above what you would expect. No one can pass through the gates without them unlocking it.

I love the environment and the room was very very comfortable and neat. The manager Lora is very communicative, kind and nice. She is 100% available anytime you reach out to her. Her response is superb. I will recommend Nesta Barron for anyone who want to live comfortably and feel at home. I will always choose Nesta.

Generally, I enjoyed every moment of my entire stay. The staff are really dedicated to the guests and go out of their way to help out with information and any comfort within reason. The manager of this home away from home, Lora, does indeed an awesome job of running the place as that favorite aunty or sister who is there to make sure you lack nothing and feel right at home. And her two assistants Kwame and Divine were available for any aid and mostly with a smile. As a solo traveller it was a great experience. Hot water, stable and fast internet and a decent AC installation brought it all together to make my stay a memorable one.

It rained a lot the last couple of days of my stay, but naturally it's not the lodge's fault. Accra can be very messy when it rains a lot. I will be better prepared for the rains next time.

This place is exactly a home away from home. It beats my expectations though. The Manager Lora is an exceptional person. Very down to Earth and accommodating. She’s goes extra to make you feel comfortable and at home. The other staff Kwame is very humble and a nice person. He also helped in making my stay memorable.I’ll love to stay here whenever I’m in Ghana. And I’ll also recommend it to my friends and family from Sierra Leone

The place was neat

There's no reception desk and you have to stand outside the entrance and wait for them to go confirm your booking before they come and call you in. Before you get in, one of them will be inside the room and when you get in, she begins to instruct you on when to put on the lights and when to put them off as if you're a kid. Very anonyining, you don't find them after giving them the money, no receipt, they now ask you if you needed a towel then a guy will go and bring you a towel, they go like "take our mobile phone numbers incase you want as to open the gate for you". They know the number of nights you booked but they will never come around when you're to check out, imagine I called no response and I just had to leave without any proper checking out.

I was welcomed upon arrival (after 1am). Lora was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. The meals were delicious 😋, the room was cleaned as requested, toiletries were plentiful and the wifi access was great. I would highly recommend Nesta Barron Lodge to everyone. The price is right and the location is nice. Kudos 👏🏿 to Lora and the staff @ Nesta Barron Lodge!
