No keys needed. The house has a code but you can not get into the house until the EXACT time of check in. If you want an early or late check in they charge you for it which I did not like. - Added and extra $100+ to my stay for only a few extra hours

Location and pool were great. Lots of places near by to eat

The pool was nice, the perfect size. The location was very convenient for Disney.

The place was not very clean. A hair in the shower, dishes that did not look washed. There were many details instructions for how to leave things after your stay. I felt they were a little complicated, especially for the cleaning fee they charged.

TV was really hard to figure out. Would turn off on its own and we had to start over from home screen.

The ease of check in was wonderful. Caught traffic on the way out, we were much later than we thought we would be. Constant contact with Casiola updates via email, made things very clear. Having the full kitchen was perfect. Check out was eerily easy. felt as though we forgot something. It was that easy.

Privacy fencing for the pool area. Neighbors are very close. Suggest same height but solid fence. Extra cost to heat pool, was a little weird.

Heated private pool is bonus. Quiet location. Spacious. Very clean.

Keypad battery died but they fixed it promptly.
