The property has great amenities for families and kids, many pools, kids playground, a 2 min walk from the beach, restaurant, shops, etc

Our appartement was not in a good condition, it definitely needs maintenance as it looks old and not renovated. For the price that we paid, I expected something more proper and nice. It wasn’t properly cleaned, there were spiders and spider nets everywhere. The ironing board was burnt and full of huge holes, that made it impossible to use.

Great complex with many swimming pools and amazing facilities.

Maybe the fact that there was no washing machine in our apartment, although it was available in our friends' apartment.

Good location, although next to resort’s restaurant and was a bit noisy.

The place was really bad. Wasn’t really clean, the terrace was really dirty. Chairs had lots of dust. Can’t stay with open door, because there isn’t any screen. Bugs were coming inside. There isn’t any view. The apartment inside was with old fashioned furnitures, the bed really uncomfortable. The pillows were old. The bathroom really dirty, with mould. There isn’t any place to put your stuff during showering. You have to put them on the floor. You have to take your own toilet paper and toiletries, because they give you only one roll (and ours was already open) and two bars of soap. The sheets were OK, but from cheap material. Touching them wasn’t very pleasant. They gave us only two gig and two small towels. No towel for the feet or stair ones. For 3 nights, no one came to clean the room or change towels. At the last day, they have deactivated our entrance cards during the night before check out. We couldn’t get into the resort. We had to ask the security to open for us. Also, the pictures from booking didn’t meet the reality! Apparently trey were from another apartment at the complex. THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE! You have to pay 20 lv/day, for the complex parking (if you’ve paid, but go outside and take your car, must pay new 20lv). Is you go during the weekend, they will tell you that there isn’t any space. There are some parking spots nearby the complex - 10lv/ and 10lv/night, but must walk to your car and also go and park early in the morning, because there isn’t much space. The lady took us 100lv security deposit, although it isn’t written anywhere. They didn’t warn us for this deposit!

Disgusting Experience. The apartment is managed by some agency called Menada, their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived a bit early and asked to leave our car with the luggage on the parking so we can go to the beach but we were refused access to the complex because our host was not there yet to allow us to pass through gate security. Anyway, we went to the beach and later in the afternoon the Lady who manages the apartment (Menada agency) started bombarding my phone with calls to pressure us to go and check in because she has to leave somewhere. we were at a beach party and had to leave eary to check in. We arrive at the flat and we find the apartment with no shampoo/no shower gel/ no nothing. When we asked the polish lady what to shower with she told us to use Vero which is used for washing dishes or some hand soap. My girlfriend goes to the bathroom and finds hair on the floor under the showed. The rude polish lady from Menada agency just came, picked up all the disgusting hair with her hand, threw it away and started saying “no hair, no hair, no hair”. After that she left the flat. Only 1 towel per person for your body, no face towel, pillows are impossible to sleep on. Generally disgusting flat and disgusting service by Menada agency. Stay away from them and this rude polish lady

The agent

The complex itself is very nice and well maintained. But as additional companies that rent premises will ruin his reputation

The studio was all moldy, as was the air conditioner, but it didn't even work. But the best thing was that the landlord did not change our studio due to the presence of mold, but the only suggestion was to detach the door and put it on the terrace. Which was just absurd! Note that they were warned that I have health problems and have asthma. It is unacceptable to pay so much money and sleep in mold!!!
