The architecture is just excellent, marble flooring is too good, welcome drinks were also good and the way they welcomed guests. Food and drinks were superb.

Only prices are bit on higher side.

the food was pathetic. Just pathetic. The prices of the food is inflated to a level that it beats the Taj and Oberoi's of the world. This urgently needs to get addressed , this is ripping off people wallets intentionally.

Everything.. size of rooms, cleanliness, food, service, warmth with which the staff looked after us was amazing.

It is very well maintained property and staff is courteous.

I went there with my wife, to spend good time on my birthday, stayed for 2 nights. She ordered a cake for me, which was promised to be delivered in our room. But, the cake never arrived and nor there was any communication about it. We had to mention about that on our check-out. In another incident, on our first day of stay, at lunch, we were given a menu, but a server provided us with a fixed menu later saying that lunch is complementary. So, we chose few dishes from the fixed menu, but to our surprise, some dishes were not the ones we ordered. We asked them to replace those, but no luck there as well. Moreover, on the dinner we were furnished with the bill for the lunch as well and had to pay that on check-out!! Why the fixed menu then?!! Also, my wife was not feeling well, so we asked for two whole fruits which she could have consumed later, but the hotel staff tried to sell us the fruit basket with some fruits which we didn’t want. We ended up paying Rs. 443 for two Bananas and 2 Oranges!!! What a business. Property and staff was good, but these experiences made our stay unpleasant.

What a beautiful hotel. Looks like a scene from a movie. Very good breakfast and spacious rooms.

Nothing to complain about.
