Localização, vista, café da manhã, limpeza e conforto.

O restaurante poderia ter mais opções de pratos e o serviço do bar deixa um pouco a desejar.

Welcoming Hotel. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Bar area as pleasant in the evening. Good beach front location, with restaurants around.

Arrived early off a long flight (9am) had to wait 6+ hours for a room to be available. Not impressed. Wifi in the room was terribly slow.

Нет чайника, чашек, посуды. Заказали чай, принесли пакетик и чайник с кипятком , потом подруга захотела тоже чай попить, попросили за новую горячую воду деньги ..

Great hotel with a fantastic location. Aperol spritz at the bar were amazing.

Bed and bathroom lovely. Ocean view outstanding. The pool was much smaller than it appears in the photos, and is surrounded by a depressing looking courtyard with all the ambiance of an elevator shaft. Breakfast not worth it.

Excellent breakfast, open nice and early. Great location and nice room.

The staff at the front desk were exceptional in assisting every request for directions, services, reservations, and transportation. As were the staff at the bars and restaurants, very courteous and pleasant.

The door for the room used for the massage and spa didn't latch closed and it's very unprofessional to have hotels guests walking by looking at you while having a massage. The front desk never had any small bills to make change and we were always told to walk to a shopping mall (15-20 minutes) to get money which is inconvenient, especially at night.

Our Terraza in 1101 was fantastic with perfect view of the beach. The facilities were all good- pool, gym, restaurant. The breakfasts were terrific! The staff could not have been more helpful. location excellent.

The bathroom smelt badly of drains at times.

The location was amazing -- our room looked right over the beach, which is the center of Montevideo activity. Great watching the beach goers, surfers, soccer players. The location is central and walkable to many spots. The staff were wonderful and friendly. If I'm ever back in Montevideo I'd definitely stay here again.

There was a pop up dress shop off the lobby and lobby bar - which had a bunch of people in who didn't really need to be in the hotel, and their dressing room was the bathroom area off the lobby bar. Didn't really need to be around them and have them making the bathrooms inaccessible. [disclaimer -- we are people who really like a lobby bar and are a bit particular about them!] The breakfast could be definitely be improved, especially the soupy scrambled eggs. Happily, Montevideo is full of wonderful restaurants so you won't starve if breakfast isn't to your liking!
