Lovely place and Ayutthaya is a must-do in Thailand. Mrs Pu was very helpful and guided us to gorgeous temples outside the city. The staff was kind and smiling at all times. The kids and I loved the swimming pool, great after a day's walk in the sun. Massages and laundry are easy to get here.

PU was extremely helpful and obliging . pool was lovely , breakfast tasty , room comfortable . Close to shops tours and eating places. PU had 2 gorgeous little dogs.

Very friendly welcoming staff who did everything they could to make us feel at home. They spoke excellent English. We had breakfast pancakes and delicious smoothie for breakfast. We made use of the pool too. Beds very comfortable and clean room. Would highly recommend. Close to bars and restaurants (and the bus terminal) - all a very short walk away

We love going to bed early (and don't like staying up late) - because it is close to bars we could hear a little bit of the music on the Saturday night. Wasn't a major issue though but worth mentioning and this isn't about the hotel or the staff as I could not fault them at all

The staff was exceptional! Always ready to chat, prepare breakfast, provide suggestions on local temples and tours. The words I don’t know or no don’t even exist to them. They were helpful in every way. The pool was absolutely perfect and very clean. The location was perfect near restaurants and a 15 minutes walk to Wat Mahathat and the night market. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.

The room was aged, and could use an update, so it felt a bit overpriced.

The property was pleasant, peaceful and quiet with English speaking management and staff. Sue speaks at a colloquial level having lived in the UK. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pool was big enough for exercise or just relaxing after the heat. There’s much to see and do in Ayutthaya and the hotel offers a river tour of historic sites that was really good value. The hotel is located near many good eateries. We left my wife’s walking stick at reception and they brought it to us at the train station.

There is nothing that we disliked about this property. It ticked all the boxes.

I loved my stay here! It’s a little piece of paradise in the middle of the city, and has a homestay vibe. The owner and workers were so so friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived, including carrying my bags upstairs for me and checking everything is ok with my stay. The owner speaks good English too. The pool was clean and refreshing, and loved spending time in it. Also ordered many mango smoothies from there at a decent price. Just ask the owner and she’ll make you one whenever you want. I also ordered a cheap boat tour through them too, which all went very smoothly.

Very nice owner! She helped us with planning and arranging the temple-tours around the city and the tourguide Alex is very nice! The pool is amazing to cool of during the hot days. We had an amazing time over there.

This is a lovely place to stay close to sights of Ayuthaya with bars and restaurants close by.

A very small point - the bed is against the wall one side - it would be better to move the sofa and position the bed so you can get out both sides.

It was cosy and well located. Staff were very friendly and ready to help.

Property is in great location within walking distance of some of the key temples, great restaurants and bars close by. Hotel is down a side street so quiet location. Hotel is family run by lovely people, take time to talk with them and get great advice re local area. Highly recommend the evening boat tour that hotel can arrange for you.

As per expectations, this isn’t a five star hotel but great value for location with pool.

Only stayed one night fortunately, staff were helpful. Pool looked clean but we didn’t use it.

It was billed as a superior room but rug was dirty, toilet leaked & balcony backed in to dirty littered alley.

Generally very dirty, untidy bathroom and broken bed. A/C unit not serviced for ages I guess. Swimming pool not too bad but water smell was unpleasant, not sure what type of water treatment detergent was used but smelled awful.

Really nice pool and good place to chill at the pool between visiting temples, good location, really friendly owners and staff, really clean - would definitely go there again!

+ located near the center - walkable. + very delicious and big breakfast (set C) - you are paying for the refills plant area where you eat is out of this world :) - room was ok but the walls are a but thin and we had a loud neighbour AND there was a concert going on in the street next to the hotel. - bathroom is toilet/shower/sink all-in-one (I like my comfort)
