The bed was very uncomfortable and woke every mornin with bites.The pool was only cleaned once in the fortnight we were there.The pool shower didn't work and one of the guests had to remove about six or seven loose pool tiles

The complex was good.Good pool and grounds.
Small,uncomfortable only one set of towels and one bed change for a 25 night stay. Curtains unhooked not nice to look at .All cereal bowls had chips.Drains blocked constantly. Cockaroaches on arrival.

Loved this property, very comfortable, clean and modern fixtures and fittings. The complex was extremely quiet and well maintained. Very nice touch was the treats in the fridge which we appreciated.

Very well equipped bungalow, a proper home from home, superb complex, well kept beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area, the terrace on bungalow 22 is a sun trap and very private and peaceful, Shane, the owner was very easy to contact and very helpful, as we're his management staff, we will not hesitate to book more stays in number 22.

Very well equipped apartment in an excellent community in a quiet and relaxing position close to a lovely beach. Easy parking and a short walk to a number of good restaurants. A slightly longer walk to the "main strip" but very manageable. Very good value for money

The place is perfect! There's noting my family didn't like.
It's clean, quiet and has all the facilities that makes you feel home away from home.
TV has lots of English channels and internet works very well.
Only few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants.
We can't wait to go back soon 😊

Playa Park is one of our favourite locations in Puerto del Carmen so we were pleased to see this apartment was available.
Lovely accommodation, in a perfect, peaceful location. Good to have chairs and sunbeds on the terrace so we didn't have to go too far to chill in the sun. Pool area clean, quiet with plenty of sunbeds available. Apartment nice and clean on arrival, with a welcome pack which was very much appreciated. Good range of TV channels. Good wifi. Couldn't fault it.
There's not much not to like, but there should have been some soap in the bathroom, which I think should come as standard. Other than that, it was perfect.

It was quiet but only 10 mins walk to shops. It has air conditioning but we did not need it. Big tv with all channels and Wifi. Great shower. Washing machine. Full kitchen. They had milk in the fridge for us 🙂 very important after a flight for a cup of tea. There was water, beer, wine also. We had sun loungers outside our door and table and chairs. Pool was just at the back of our bungalow.
There wasn't anything We didn't like. Would go back again. Great communication.

the property was small but very functional with everything you needed in the kitchen and lounge. great TV channels, comfy couch, good shower. the host was lovely and extremely accommodating. lovely welcome pack on arrival.
