Staff were helpful. They allowed me for early check-in without any charge. Room was clean. Breakfast was humble, not inconvenient. Comparable amenities in central hotels would likely cost twice as much. The location is conveniently near a subway station, providing easy access to the city center with just one mode of transport. The same subway line also offers direct transit to Heathrow Airport. This makes it an excellent choice for both convenience and value.

The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards as the pillowcases were yellowish. Lack of hairdryers in rooms and a repetitive breakfast menu were noted. Unattended reception at times caused entry issues, especially during late nights

Da simpatia de todo o staff que se cruzou connosco e o facto de ter uma estação do outro lado da rua, o pequeno almoço apesar de repetitivo também era bom e a segurança que sentimos.

A limpeza podia ser um pouco melhor, tinha umas manchas na fronha da almofada e a parede do quarto junto do wc apresentava danos, riscos e faltavam pequenas parte da parede.

Hotel ligt recht tegenover metrostation Elizabeth Line, die vervoert je snel de stad in. In een buitenwijk, maar dat is dus niet zo'n punt. Personeel was vriendelijk. Naastgelegen tentje is leuk ook.

Foto's en beoordeling bij Booking zijn veel te positief. Hotel maakt een sjofele indruk, kamers zijn echt piepklein en eenvoudig. Ontbijt na de eerste keer maar overgeslagen, niet de moeite waard. Voor ruim 100 euro per persoon per nacht is dit echt onder de maat.

I was surprised actually, friendly staff, breakfast included, the room It was clean, good size, new bathroom in room, great TV with sky mini, it had everything we needed to be comfortable, across road from station all the shops you will need.
