The old lodge is a beautiful old house in a lovely location, plenty of parking, amazingly comfortable bed and two lovely & attentive hosts. Room was impeccably clean & breakfast was great.

The whole building was well decorated, spacious and clean.

The Guest House was in a quiet location with ample parking. Our room had a pleasant view over the park. The full English breakfast was very tasty, well presented and hot. We couldn't fault it. The location is very convenient for a visit to the nearby Bomber Command Museum. We are planning to stay here again soon.

Great room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Wonderful host who even dropped us off at Lincoln Cathedral. Great breakfast. Free parking in front of the door.

It was a bit noisy from the room above us but that's part of a Victorian house to be honest. We have hardly had any problems with it.

The guest house was well appointed, tidy, and the hosts were great.

The location is a decent walk from the beautiful old town and the Cathedral. Ok for us but could be a bit of a headache if the rain is tumbling down.

I booked this accommodation on behalf of my aunty and uncle who came to stay for the 1940's weekend, they told me that they were extremely pleased with the accommodation and when coming to visit again would book to stay there, and that it is the perfect place to put up visiting guests. They said that the hosts were extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble , the rooms were excellent as was breakfast and they enjoyed the uninterrupted view of the Common from the breakfast room. When communicating with the host I found them to be excellent in their response and extremely flexible with check in times. Thankyou for providing such a lovely stay for my family :)

Lovely restored Victoria house. King size bed in room overlooking the garden. Very clean . Good en suite with excellent shower. Plenty of parking in the cal-de-sac road.

Fantastic breakfast. Very obliging friendly people. Even drove us into town. Very modern and clean. Couldn't have been better.

The hosts could not be more helpful, even took us into the city center on our evening out

Deborah and Gordon were fantastic hosts and really took care of us during our stay. The location of the bnb is fantastic, but there is a steep slope to walk up to the city centre. As I'm heavily pregnant, Gordon kindly offered daily to drive us so that we could avoid the stress of parking and walking up the hill. The rooms themselves were immaculate, cosy and we had a nice view of the cathedral from our bedroom. Breakfasts were always of high quality, and Deborah even went out especially to buy apple juice when I asked if they had any. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely book again in the future!

Very warm welcome on arrival, lovely comfortable room. Needed to arrange a taxi but was offered a lift by the hosts which was definitely above and beyond very much appreciated Lovely breakfast too.

I liked everything in general The location is perfect not far from city centre My room over looked the city and it was lovely at night to look at all the lights And the owners were so lovely and friendly.
