Several issues made our experience disappointing: 1. Noise Disturbances: The neighboring property was excessively noisy. We experienced constant disturbances from a baby crying and a dog barking, making it difficult to relax. 2. Delayed Check-In: We were unable to check in on time, as we waited over an hour for a response from the host. This caused us to check out an hour later than scheduled. 3. Cleaning Fee Discrepancy: Despite an already steep £150 cleaning fee included in the booking, we are now being charged an additional cleaning fee just for rubbish removal. This seems unreasonable and was not outlined in the original agreement 4 Landlord turning up unannounced to get materials out the shed early in the morning

Loved everything about the place. Only issue the TV was not working due to some network issues. But we didn’t reach out to resolve this issue during our stay. Too busy with our events.

Amazing location, close to underground station. Clean and beautifully decorated. Spacious house. Host was extremely friendly and approachable.

The fact that there was a double drive for both vans, there were 2 showers and also facilitates to wash and dry our clothes and it was very clean. Will definitely stay again

If you have a car, the location is great. quite neigherhood.

The over-strict rules. The T&C's making tenants clean beds and take bins out after stay was unreasonable due to the amount the stay costs, I feel as though the Host should send in cleaners after every stay. Did not like the fact we had to provide ID of the guests... this is the 1st time I had to do this.

Property was very basic and tired. Overflowing bins in the garden. Garden unkempt and not usable. Bed linen and bedding on beds was very old and fitted sheet did not fit one of the double beds
