Excellent location opposite the slopes. Supermarkets everywhere.

No where to sit and relax after a day on the slopes. Only 1 rattan chair in quad room.. Lack of storage and no safe to store important documents and valuables. Rooms on the upper floor in need of renovation, part of our door was broken and lock jammed with us being unable to get out for 30mins. Walls are paper thin so could hear everything from neighbouring rooms.

Great location near to the slopes and lift. Fantastic views from our room over the Pas de la casa slopes. Rooms cleaned daily and staff all very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good. We will use again.

Ski storage was available but limited in shared lockers so we didn't use these.

Excellent value for money for good sized rooms and a nice breakfast. Super close to the ski lifts so all very convenient.

the hotel has recently been rebuild inside, it seems, and the conditions are great.

from outside it does not look that nice, but once you come inside, great. although the windows still let some cold passing, so the heating is probably not sufficient. according to the instructions, the checkin is after 4pm? but they required the checkout before 11am, which does not seem correct. knowing they had a group checking in at 12h, it’s not our fault.

The location is great. You have supermarket and a nice bakery and a restaurant next to the hotel and the ski resort is in a few steps. The room was clean with comfy bed.

The room is small and basic and if you need an hairdryer you need to ask for it at the reception. the breakfast is very basic. The staff is not there 24 hours. You can ring them but Andorra has a different phone rates than Europe, so you pay 15 minutes every minute. We had an issue during the night, some customers were shouting and making crazy noises until 3 Am. We asked gently to stop but they didn't care. It was not possible to reach out the staff (who not always speaks English).

Conveniently located, the hotel is clean and provides a good breakfast.

No air conditioning, which made it really hot when we stayed there. It is really noisy if you keep the window open.

Staff is super friendly! Room was spotless clean and new, not extremely spacious but it was enough for us 2 + the big dog. It’s amazing that they accept dogs at a very small price. The location is great, short distance to the ski lifts

Parking is scarce but that’s in all Pas de la Casa. The breakfast was fine but due to Covid we always had to wait to be served instead of accessing the open buffet. Not much to offer for vegans though...

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We loved the location, just outside of the ski-centrer.

The ski lockers were poor. There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but everything was fine except the ski lockers and the facilities used to dress up for skiing.
