I liked that it was close and convenient to the aquatic center.

This duplex has a lot of potential if there was care put into it. There were spots on the ceiling that looked like they need to be tended to as though there was water damage. The faucet in the shower was coming off the wall and leaking. The sink in the master bathroom looked as though it was going to come off the wall. In the kitchen, the drawers have no tracks so I thought all the cutlery was going to pour all over when I opened the drawer. I found that only 1 burner worked on the stove top. The couch in the livingroom was so uncomfortable that we didn't want to sit for too long. There dips and no cushion. There was also something wrong with the TV's color. I am also one to understand "working class", but it's not a comfortable feeling when driving down the street you have houses that aare run down, trash scattered in the yards and there are cars meeting up infront of the house. I definitely felt catfished by this listing.

There were not enough plats and cooking arrangement. House is old and not very good renovated.

I liked the atmosphere, within the home it was nice and comfortable for me and my family. The backporch area was excellent. The kitchen was very modern and awesome. This is a place that I would come back to.

There was to many flies and nats in the home, we just got fly spray to get them out. We also saw crawling bugs but we killed them when we saw them.

The home was very clean and comfortable. Host was very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable place. The owner(s) were very responsive from the time of booking through our whole stay.

Definitely affordable! Host was kind to leave popcorn, candy and coffee (although the coffee flavors were a bit different!)

The neighborhood didn’t feel safe, lots of people roaming the streets, sitting area was uncomfortable (the futon was SUPER low and the chaise chair was slanted), looked like it was painted by a toddler, and didn’t appear to be clean, twin beds had no top sheet and master bed’s fitted sheet was laid on top going the wrong direction. The high tech renovations look like band aids on poorly painted/maintained light switches, etc.

We locked ourselves out right when we got there but the owner was incredibly helpful as were the neighbors. This was a great value and a great place for our family.

The only issue we had at all was that the AC struggled a bit the first day or so and a few screens were damaged on the windows so we couldn't really open them. Minor inconveniences that were far out weighed by all the positives. 10 out of 10 otherwise.
