Access to communal kitchen. Access to family area/ games was nice. Cool yogi atmosphere. Yoga offered daily. Made some friends.

Beds were not great. Water smelt terrible. Overpriced for what it was

Great place to stay with such a vibe! Very nice and spacious rooms. We really apreciated common area- libing room where you can chill and kitchen where you can cook. Our host was super welcoming. We did yoga class in the morning. Close to the beach.

Nice outdoor area and quiet.

The hotel was def. not like on the photos. It is more a hostel. The bed was really small for a couple. There was no reception, the host was not there when we wanted to check in. We had to wait for her. She only communicated through whatsapp which is not what we expected as you maybe don’t have wifi all the time as a tourist. The water in the toilet didn’t go down anymore after the second flush, they could only fix it the next day.

We arrived feeling very optimistic about the place since the staff had been very communicative. However, upon entering the unit, it smelled of natural gas. We immediately realized there was a leaky propane tank inside and removed it. When we asked the manager to sort it out, they did very quickly send someone to examine the situation but it made the gas smell even worse. We once again removed the tank and left all the windows open for the night so as to avoid any serious health issues. In the morning we informed the manager we were leaving and would not be returning for the rest of the stay. They have refused to refund us for the time we did not spend there saying nothing is wrong. A gas leak Is a major health and safety issue and to accuse a customer of making up such a thing is very poor business!

Nice terrace and daily cleaning services

The bathroom window had no net over it and was basically just several holes in the wall and, quite expectedly, when we first entered our room we were greeted by a huge black bug on the wall. We contacted the owner immediately and asked if something can be done about it and they assured us that they will put a net over the window "tomorrow". The next day we didn't hear from them at all and when we asked about it again they said that "the maintenence guy couldn't find his things". Needless to say, the promised net over the window never happened for the next 4 days of our stay. Because of that the following days we had more nasty surprises - many ants, another huge bug and a lizard in our room. Also, my girlfriend woke up with a terrible rash on her entire body from sleeping in the bed which can be because of ants, bed bugs or basically anything that might have entered the room through that window. Plus, there were all kinds of noises at night and the bed was uncomfortable, so we could hardly get any sleep on most nights.

The type of facility was very pleasant. Outdoor kitchen was fun as well.

Other guests had a barbecue on night. The barbecue area is located close to our room. So we could hear every word.

the minute we arrived we saw that we’ve been “upgraded” to a smaller room with one bed to share instead of a king bed and a bed for one more person. the room had two giant cockroaches running around and we left immediately because of it. we knew the place had a “no refund” policy but hoped for a little fairness . they said that they won’t return the money because they could’ve help us when we arrived, even tho no one answered the phone. it is also far from the beach and the Main Street. would not recommend

A little out of the way from the main area, but that didn’t bother us as we had a car No coffee filters or coal provided. Even if it’s charged, if you are travelling it’s very difficult to bring these yourself and not waste

Very pleasant vibe, very clean and a joy to come back home to. Facilities are very clean & modern, and the outside patio invites to spend time in. There are games available, an outside shower & private parking spots which make you feel very welcome.

There is a beach nearby, but if you are planning to go out to dinner in Santa Theresa or spend some time on the beaches there, you would need a car/bike/ATV (or you should be a very dedicated walker, it’s approx 3km :)).

The facilities and the atmosphere is very nice, and affects like minded people. We stayed in the small cottage with our own kitchen witch were very comfortable.

We were there in November with a lot of heavy rains. The cottage got very humid and a lot of our stuff started to mold. Be aware of raccoons and monkey at night time, don’t leave food outside (they even managed to open the closets)

The staff worked very hard to keep the rooms and property exceptionally clean.

The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The issue we had was that my brother broke his foot on day five of our stay and we had to change our stay to get him home. We explained our situation and asked via the representative as well as through our booking agent if they would refund any amount due to our needing to leave 7 days early. They refused to return any amount of the balance for our stay. While I realize they were under no obligation to return the remaining amount, $600 dollars, they refused to return any amount, even a courtesy of a day or two.

I enjoyed the spaciousness and clean, pretty design of the lounge area and kitchen. I really loved how clean it was and that it was right off the main road, so you have a little extra peace and quite. I'd recommend this place to a single person or a couple who enjoys tranquility.

It was a pretty cool experience with the great support of the host, that has explained in detail how to navigate around the neighbourhood. I can recommend this place.

The road was under contraction, it was not the best possible experience to commute between Santa Therese and our hotel, especially while raining.
