The location is great and the size of the flat is more than expected.

Overall very poorly maintained, from the ceilings with water leak stains to the heating making a lot of noise in the bedroom and not working in the living room. The property had a horrible cigarette smell from the moment I walked in and was not clean.

Ao reservar o apartamento para 4 pessoas, sabia que duas pessoas ficariam num sofá cama. Contudo o sofá cama não tem condições para duas pessoas dormirem. O estrado é o colchão são extremamente frágeis, fazendo uma enorme cavidade ao centro, o que provocou um desconforto total em quem lá ficou. Quando o sofá está aberto, devido ao reduzido espaço, ficamos sem espaço para passar para a kitsnet, onde estão as duas únicas tomadas disponíveis do apartamento.

Pas de chauffage. Il y avait juste un chauffage d’appoint qui n’était pas branché donc l’appartement était « glacial ». Aucun produit de toilette comme du gel douche. Manque également des sachets de thé ou dosettes de café!

Non posso valutare l'alloggio perché non ci ho soggiornato.

La sera prima del mio checkin, vengo contattata dalla struttura dove mi spiegano che l'appartamento era inagibile per un problema improvviso e quindi non avrebbero potuto ospitarmi. Se avessi voluto avrebbero potuto spostarmi in un'altra struttura (MODERNIZED SOUTH KENSINGTON APARTMENTS). Cerco di contattare INUTILMENTE il servizio clienti di booking (a cui attribuisco gran parte delle colpe per tutti i disagi successivi), e data la non risposta e in preda alla preoccupazione di arrivare a destinazione senza un posto in cui soggiornare e dato il periodo (capodanno), accetto la soluzione alternativa proposta dalla struttura. Tramite messaggi mi avevano informato che il mio nuovo alloggio si trovava al 5 piano, senza ascensore. Arrivata "finalmente" all'alloggio, scopro che l'appartamento si trovava al 6 piano. Oltre all'ascensore non funzionate, anche la luce negli ultimi due pianerottoli di scale non era funzionante. Il divano letto, usurato, non si teneva e pertanto sono caduta svariate volte. La pulizia dell'appartamento era appena sufficiente mentre quella delle aree comuni (scale e pianerottoli), pessima con rifiuti e residui di cibo. Un disastro. 4 giorni in famiglia rovinati. Ovviamente ho provato a contattare nuovamente l'assistenza clienti booking spiegando tutti i disagi ma non hanno fatto nulla. Si sono fatti vivi a weekend terminato.

The toilet lacked a seat and the ceiling developed a leak. This inadequate condition was the main reason for the low overall score. The rooms needed decorating

no lift (elevator) The apartment assigned to us on the 6th floor which we known know when we booked. If I have known that there was no lift and know that we are staying on the top floor, I would certainly not book it.

Loved the location The space was clean and the kitchen well equipped with lovely quality crockery and glass wear and the bed the most comfortable I have ever slept in and that includes my own

I unfortunately do not travel light so being on 6th floor without an elevator was challenging with luggage ..however did like the exercise when i was not burdened with cases and would choose a unit on a lower floor for my next stay even it wasnt a studio I would also suggest some information on how things like lights shower toweling rack and wifi work ...but i did get immediate response to any questions i had and very prompt in person assistance when asking
