The place is heaven on earth! The view from our cottage, to hear the chirping of birds in the morning and breath in the fresh air was out of this world! The staff are so helpful, they really pamper you! The design of the resort is world class and the amenties are wonderful.
The lighting in the room can be better distributed and brighter... it was dark in the bedroom of our suite. The route outside can also be better illuminated since one needs to walk to the restaurant at night. Also, there was an open event held one night with loud music and singing upto 11 pm in the night. This disturbs not only the residents but also the birds. This is not sustainable! The resort should not permit such events in the open... only inside a closed room.

The location in the Coorg / Kabinkad Coffee Estate mountains. The Cabin amongst the Trees. Friendly & Warm Staff headed Sarvani, Special Care Taken & Restaurant Team.

Infra needs a bit upgrade in Rooms, Buggy Frequency can be increased reducing time. Activities can be better Spaced out. Yoga can start at 8 instead of 7.

Long wait times for buggy pick up. Especially during peak hours.
Construction/steel cutting work going on near the spa was very disturbing.

Good hotel with a lot of activities planned. When my mother fell sick, the stationed nurse there came very quickly and offered help that was really needed. Really appreciate the care they took of my parents when there.

The location , area which was very peaceful and quiet inside the forest area. Beautiful view from the balcony.
Food was of very quality but quiet repetitive,need to add more variety.

Beautiful nature, fresh air outside, friendly and helpful personnel.
The property is old and not renovated. Mold and a bad smell in the showers ( no bath) , the rooms smelled too and were poorly ventilated, the wood rotted here and there. Also mold on the edge of the pool. The cuisine was for 5 stars and the price, absolutely not refined. Rather large kitchen. Despite the all-in formula, you had to pay a deposit for many activities, such as a slightly larger walk or storytelling sessions.

Had my driver during my stay. His stay was not comfortable. As per him, room was smelly, so he had to sleep in car.

not enough driver for the Buggy to drive.

Location was truly prestine. Very well designed cottages merging into the trees preserving the dense vegetation !!Very nice bfast spread ,good tasty south indian and even conti was good ! The cocktails whipped up at the bar were also very good !!
The single track going up to the property -just last 2,3 km is a bit dicey mainly if cars come opposite each other !!

Rooms were good, location was beautiful and staff was extremely helpful.
View from the rooms was great however some rooms had a disproportionately better view.
Food was good with a variety of cuisines.
Wifi was horrendous - kept disconnecting every 5 minutes. Property not suitable for working remotely.
Dining experiences were limited - only one restaurant. Bar was also disappointing and did not take any advantage of the views the property had to offer.
Property should have given a leech warning beforehand. Found out only after getting bitten.
