温かみがありつつ、モダンさや新鮮さを感じる 部屋やロビーなどのデザイン性、機能性 ホテル全体が自然と調和していること スタッフの方が柔らかい接客　掃除の方があいさつを必ずしてくださる 朝食時、シェフの方が居心地を尋ねてくださったのが良かった　会話をしないと、スタッフの方の顔を記憶にのこりにくい。ホテル側の接客が受け身すぎな印象があったので、 救われた パジャマと羽織が着心地が満点 廊下に電話機があってたまたまよかった ウォーターサーバーがよかった

ホテル内の売店がない 朝食は全体的においしく、満足。赤魚の粕づけ炭火焼きや くるみのパンナコッタなどデザートが特においしかったが、 オニオンスープ、出汁、味噌汁がどれもぬるかったのが唯一ざんねん せっかく、ジムもあるのでウェア貸し出しあれば利用したかった 自然災害なので仕方がないが、 落雷が前日あって断線等があったとあとから、伺った。 電話を使いたいときにつかえず、事前せつめいもなかったため、不安だった。 あと、タッチパネル式のエアコン調整はまだ新しいタイプなので、高齢のかぞくはどこにあるのか？あってもつかいかたがわからないと　あせっていた。 昔よくあった設備の説明書もないので、少し口頭でも説明したほうがよい。 接客は全体的にシンプルすぎな気がしないでもない。

とにかく設備がきれいでした。また、スタッフも親切に対応してくれました。

暖炉で薪を燃やしてるのですが、その煙が敷地内全体に広がっていて部屋にまで進出してきており不快でした。 また、自分が泊まった部屋の右隣と上の階が子連れだったのですが、壁が薄いせいで子どもの足音や騒ぎ超えなどの大きな音がずっと鳴っていました。夜寝付けず朝は足音で起きました。 壁が薄い点はおそらく建物の構造上改善は困難だと思います。今回利用したのはスタンダードルームでしたが、この問題はスイートルームであっても同じなのではないかと思います。

一整個服務超好，在遠處櫃檯人員就來幫我們拖行李了。 櫃檯人員也會主動幫我們拍照找到飯店最好的視角。 裡面的設施非常的新穎值得體驗。 早餐真的選項很多也很飽給的也很大氣。 水果都給一整顆的。

房間廁所玻璃有水漬。需要加強。

The entire hotel and my room were beautifully and thoughtfully decorated - such a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally helpful and I felt very well taken care at every point during my stay. This continued from the moment the shuttle picked me up at the train station, at the restaurant, at the bar, and even at the spa. The restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The Indigo Cocktail was a showstopper though (what a nice surprise when it arrived)! Always so nice to have a 大浴場 (communal bath) - with 3 different baths and a sauna too! A special shoutout to the spa - what a fabulous experience for the senses. The massage was the perfect pressure, the aroma oils helped to melt away any tension, the private shower room in the treatment room was a nice touch, and the pre & post treatment goodies were just the cherry on top.

Overall my stay was exceptional, but I have a few constructive things to share. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel/room, but I noticed there were a lot of water staining on the glass walls/fixtures in the washroom in my room. Since the shower room has glass on 3 sides and all the fixtures were a shiny chrome, the stains were quite visible and looked as though they needed some extra attention. I recognize that I did not have dinner reservations for the restaurant and that I was accommodated for in the end. It was just the way that I was flat out told no (twice) by the reception staff, there was no space for me to eat there. That took away from the otherwise very calm ambiance and diligent service provided. It was visible that the restaurant was not full both times I asked, and I think it would have been a better approach to have been told that “we will look into it and see what is possible” rather than just “no, there is no space”. I also booked a river view room, but could not see the river as it was a bit sunken into a ravine. With the door cracked open, I could hear the sound of running water which was nice though.

お部屋も大浴場も施設周りも気に入りました。

Googleマップが良くないせいなのか？ホテルへ入る所がわかりにくかった。駐車場横に入り込んで地元の方の家の方へ行ってしまいました。 もう1つの駐車場入り口がわかりにくいです。

美しいセッティングのlocationで新しいこともあるとは思いますが建物もお部屋もきれいでした。大浴場もよかったです。 朝食の種類もクオリティも満足です。テーブルもゆったりとしていて気持ちよく朝食をとることができました。

唯一残念だったのは予約のオペレーターの方です。折り返しをしてくださるとのことでしたが、電話がなく、こちらからまた電話をしてみたら、その場で上司の方に引き継がれてまた説明をしなければいけなかったので。ホテルの対価を考えると少し残念でした。
