The apartment was very spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Really good space.

Housekeeping is not good. The oven didn't work at all. There was one tea spoon and very few utensils etc. There were no cold drink glasses, so I had to drink cold drink from a wine glass. The towel replacement was also a random surprise every day. It was a great place but daily maintenance wasn't good.

Apartment was nice and clean. House keeping and concierge was nice.

Stove was damaged was afraid to use it. I felt like l was at a boarding school. If you come back to hotel after 11pm there is no one at front desk, doors are locked and you have to call a number for the guy to come open which posses a safety risk while waiting outside. The guy is responsive but it’s still dangerous to wait for even 5mins for someone to open the door for you I should be able to come and go as l please at a hotel!

That there no enough cutlery, glasses , plates etc. the remote for the main lounge tv wasn’t working.

Great property and quite spacious but poor management. I stayed in the 2 bedrooms executive paint house.

The services were very poor. - Very anti-social receptionists - Frequent load-shedding with no electrical backup generator means, no WiFi, no hot water etc. - Poor gate management. One night I (other guests) couldn't get out of (into) the building and gate man was no where to be found yet wont answer WhatsApp calls on the WhatsApp number that was provided. - I requested for an invoice and was told it would be sent to my e-mail. A month later, I still haven't received it despite several reminders.

Location, staff and apartment great.

We could not check in on time and the apartment was stinking dirty mop water the whole weekend.

Greenside Restaurants

Place was not clean at all curtains not hooked at places, oven dirty, cupboards dirty, not enough glasses, 1x remotes not working, rail in bathroom laying on floor, no warm blankets. Place smelled of sigarette smoke so badly that your clothes etc smelled like smoke. Overall cleanliness not good at all.

Apartment was spacious and had all I needed to make myself comfortable as though I were home.

Nothing! I wish we would be informed about loadshedding though

There is no generator and back up system for water. The property needs to sort that out.

Would be helpful for short stays if there are salt, pepper, oil and few more cooking essentials but Woolies Food is around corner

Can you please tell the guests with cars that if they found other cars in parking lot, and they park in front of them, they should not be grumpy and take their time when the car owner wakes them up to remove the car cos they checking out earlier than them. Thank you

The apartment is beautiful, very neat and tidy. The check-in was swift and easy.

There was no toilet paper at the time of checking in and it took a bit of time before it was brought up.

The unit was very clean, spacious and comfortable and easily accessible though parking was a bit crowded. Location is great as there are nice restaurants around.

The unit was very hot especially at night. There is need for air-conditioning and/or fans at least. We were afraid of opening the doors and windows at as we were not sure how safe that was.

Perfect apartment. Spacious. Clean. Peaceful. Exceptional staff and service. Walking distance to shops and eating places. I highly recommend these apartments to visitors

Very spacious, modern flat with a nice, big balcony (overlooking the parking - but it was still nice to be able to sit outside),

On Saturday evening, the noise from the nearby bar was quite loud; on Monday morning we were woken up by the coach from the nearby gym screaming exercise instructions like an army officer - at 6 a.m. There were no battery/solar lamps nor candles to compensate for the electricity cuts (load shedding) It would be nice to have more cutlery and crockery - perhaps charge deposit but provide it...

The parking was a little bit cramped up but I didn't have too much hassle to drive out
