We had a serviced appartment with 2 well sized bedrooms and å living room/kitchen. There was no restaurant in the hotel itself but there were a number of good restaurants in a cozy pedestrian street just outside the hotel. This hotel offered good value for the money we paid

The hotel is a little bit outside the city center and away from the main tourist sites.

I enjoyed how attentive the staff was. Whenever you call they usually go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. For the price you pay this is a good stay.

In the lower floored rooms sadly their are quite a few gnats that are coming into the rooms from the bathroom windows. Spiders are nested on the upper ceilings this ruins the experience for me personally.

Location, amenities close by, gym access and sauna. When issues were flagged they were resolved quickly

Room was not serviced when a time was arrange with the cleaning maid.

Quiet and clean

The air conditioning was pointed directly at the bed and would not rotate .. I caught a chill on 2nd night that led to a chest infection.

The studio suite was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night. It's new building in small shopping and restaurant area. My favorite restaurant The Weekend moved here and that's mainly why I choose to stay here to not lose time. Rooms are nice, well equipped, with big comfy bed. Seems there is no TV channels on tv but you can mirror your phone and watch Netflix from your account for example. So you don't need to login on tv.

Not sure but there is no pool so might be problem for longer stay. Still. I'm not sure if there is so check it.

the location is perfect. it is near to malls and easy to get around by taxicab.

The fact that the room door did not shut properly made me a little concerned, I had to pull it shut to ensure the door was locked properly as it did not fully close by itself as it should. A small fix nonetheless but hey you asked what we didn't like! So we answered it 😅😝

It was good because there were many things to enjoy. However, I paid a really expensive accommodation fee because it was a sinulog period.

It was very noisy, and it was a two-room suite, but there were no slippers in the room.

this property had an exceptional staff. They were friendly courteous and very helpful. The rooms were new clean and tastefully decorated. The exercise area was well equipped and in a comfortable environment. The rooftop sundeck was excellent. There are restaurants on the property and offer a variety of food.Although the property was very close to the Ayala Central Bloc Mall it was a challenge at times to walk there as one had to cross an extremely busy road to get there. The security staff was very helpful in getting me across the road .The only negative about the property is it is adjacent to a very noisy environment 24-7. I hope that the ownership will be able to rectify that noise factor in the future. If they were able to do that I would stay there every time I was in the Cebu area.
