3 families coming together to visit the National Parks. The kitchen was a dream. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for 17 people. After a long day in the hot sun of visiting the national parks it was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day.

We really loved our stay at Sharon and Mike's house. The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean. The area is serene, overlying Zion national park. All of it exceeded our expectations, would love to come back again soon.

House was well laid out for a large group. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners were very responsive and take great care of the place. They had the garage door open for us when we arrived. They even gave us a stick of butter for baking. Amazing views from the living room. Very close to great hiking in Zion. 12 minutes if you have a 4 wheel drive. 25 minutes to great hiking spots on highway 9.

Staying at this perfect Zion retreat made this one of our best vacation. It was the perfect location in between Zion and Bryce. The house has everything you need. very very clean, fully stock kitchen, inside furniture are all very clean and comfortable. WE love the deck the wrap the house. we had dinner every night out on the deck. The pictures on this listing doesn't do justice. You have to see it and stay in it to appreciate everything the retreat has to offer The next day after we got home, my wife and kids are tell me to plan on going back in the fall and stay at this retreat again Thank you Sharon for sharing your beautiful retreat with us

The house was amazing! Very clean, spacious, well stocked with all the basic essentials ordinarily excluded. The views were spectacular and location was good if you want to see both Bryce and Zion. We (a group of 12) were very happy with the stay.

What a wonderful experience for our family! This property is as good as advertised . . . No, better than advertised! 5 Stars all the way around! With all the COVID stuff going on, our family of 30 cautiously decided to follow through with our annual family vacation and we're certainly glad we did. This property was spotless, had ample room for family activities and the kitchen was very well supplied with pots/pans/eating utensils, etc.; the property manager was in-touch and available to answer questions and offer suggestions. And the surrounding parks and canyons provided spectacular day hikes and plenty of room for social distancing! Highly recommend!

The home was spacious and soothing to be in. Sharon is an incredible host, taking care of every detail. And you have the glories of Zion national Park just 10 minutes away. Couldn’t be better!

I wish I could give this property and Sharon (the property manager) 10 stars! We stayed at this property for a family reunion for Fall Break. We had 24 people in our party. We had the best experience. Sharon was extremely helpful and organized. She emailed me right after I booked the property with helpful information. She was in contact with me the week before our arrival asking about beds, and other things we may need for our stay. Upon arrival, the property was SO clean. It was VERY well stocked with anything we would need for our stay. There is a huge pantry in the kitchen which we were able to put store all of the food we had brought. There were a couple of pull out couch beds that were all ready made up when we arrived. We didn't have to do anything!! The cabin is extremely well maintained and SO CLEAN!! There are plenty of towels and Sharon had even provided hot tub towels. The cabin is spacious. The kitchen and eating area has plenty of seating. The kids enjoyed watching a movie in the basement on the big screen. The bedrooms each have bathrooms. We had plenty of room to be together and still feel like we could have some personal space. The Ponderosa Resort was also fun to walk around. They have a playground, tennis courts, a big grassy field, and an activities center. I want to tell everyone who is looking for a fun, relaxing get away to head to Orderville. Rent this cabin. You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks Sharon for making our stay so great!!

Great property! Our group of 27 had plenty of room. Great location! Close to Zion’s and local hikes that we loved. We used the hot tub everyday. Also, the property manager was a dream to work with! Highly recommended!!!

The house was perfect for our family reunion of 25 (10 adults 15 children). The house was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. Some of the things we enjoyed: sitting on the beautiful wrap-around deck looking out at gorgeous views, watching a family movie downstairs on the projector, hiking out to observation point, swimming/zip-lining/playing mini golf at Zion Pondersosa. Everyone had a great time and the house was the centerpiece of it all. Thanks Sharon!

This place is awesome. Super clean and accommodating for a large group. Plenty of activities for all guests. Wish I was still there. We will definitely be booking again soon.

I can’t say enough about how perfect this house is. We loved working with Sharon! She made the experience very easy. I wasn’t sure it was even possible but the house was even better in person. The cleanest vacation house I have ever stayed in. The house has every amenity you could need and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were already trying to plan a trip back after our first day. Being able to use the pool was awesome and we were able to easily drive to Bryce and Zion. Book this house- you will be so thankful you did!

Immaculate cabin that exceeded our expectations. It was a great fit for our team retreat trip of 15 people. The cabin was spacious, clean, stocked with all kitchen utensils, jacuzzi, beautiful yard, and great views of the rolling mountains/canyons all around. Close to Zion, canyoneering, Mtn biking, trail running, and much more. We decided to get the kitchen fully stocked with groceries which worked out really well. If you plan on doing any cooking at the house for a lot of people I highly recommend to speak with Sharon about this feature. We loved our stay at Sharon's home near Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. The house is very well equipped and well kept, has beautiful views, and is in a perfect location. Sharon is a great host who was very helpful when we were planning our trip. Our family really enjoyed having access to all of the activities at the resort as well as being a short drive from the entrance to Zion National Park. Hope to return soon!

Our family had a reunion and this house turned out to be more than we expected. It met all of our needs. Every family member was impressed with the layout of the house. All rooms and decks were great for us.

We selected Sharon's mountain home as our "base camp" for exploring Zion and Bryce. We needed enough BRs and baths to accomodate our group of 7 adults (not all couples), and this house really delivered in terms of location, space, comfort and amenities. A kitchen stocked beyond our expectations, dependable WiFi, beautiful setting, oh, and given the size of this beautiful home, I don't know how they do it, but an IMMACULATELY CLEAN home as well. Sharon's communication with us before and even during our trip was greatly appreciated. Her instructions and tips were accurate and thorough. We came back each day to a home worthy of being an upscale retreat and conference center. Plenty of outdoor space (wraparound decks AND private balconies besides that), combined with multiple open and cozy spaces all throughout the house. We were pleased in every way.

Arriving via Las Vegas, our route cut through the main highway showcasing some of Zion's best features. Our three shuttles arrived throughout the day, with mine arriving last. After a long day of International travel and logistical headaches, we arrived to the first basecamp late at night. The homes seemed to glow and pulse with the energy from the 40+ strangers from all over the world, as we set our workshop into motion. Our is a collective of creative pioneers seeking embedded experiences to inform their own creative story- artists, climbers, photographers, spoken word poets, writers, adventurers and creative pioneers all gathered in Zion for a week long expeditions and workshop. Our group has now traveled to locations in Yosemite, Banff, Colombia, Norway and Virginia. For all of our travels, we've found no base of operations better suited for our group's needs. We had the fortune of renting two of Sharon's neighboring homes on the Eastern rim of Zion National Park and used both as basecamps for our week long expedition and workshop. The location proved to be the perfect base of operations for our adventures that included hiking, rock climbing, canyoneering, swimming, relaxing and our daily/evening workshop and presentations. Organizing an event of this magnitude requires an enormous amount of site specific information from knowledgeable locals. Sharon provided resources and assistance at every turn. We wanted for nothing and by the end of the week, our basecamps were filled with new found friends, laughter and life long memories. Our family of 8 adults gathered from UK, Maryland, Wash DC, and Northeast PA for a mini family reunion. How lucky we were to find this place. It was spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We loved Sharon Quesenberry. She was kind, helpful, informative and very easy to work with. The location was absolutely perfect. Although Zion was very close it was also very crowded and hot on the two occasions that we visited it. So instead of spending all our time in Zion, the home's location allowed us to very easily visit Bryce, Page, North Rim of Grand Canyon and Lake Powell on day trips. We would definitely recommend this property. We loved our stay here.

We came to town for the Zion Ragnar Trail Relay, not knowing what to expect. All 16 of us were blown away by the views, amenities that the house had to offer and the proximity to Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort, about .5 miles.(start & finish line for the race) This house had plenty of room for all of us (16), we did not feel as though we were tripping over one another. A few of us used the hot tub to relax after hikes or even one of our legs in the race. This is only the 2nd VRBO home that I have rented and I have nothing but good things to say about the homes that I have stayed in. This home is beautiful, has a lot of space, has the basic amenities, can accommodate a large party and to top it off has great views.

We had a family reunion here. 9 adults and 11 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each others company.

If you ever want to stay in Zion's, this is where you want to stay! No one wanted to go home. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. What a beautiful home! Everything we needed was there, from toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo. Didn't need to bring anything but groceries. The family enjoyed the hot tub! Ping Pong was a favorite, tournaments galore. The fireplaces were wonderful at night and early morning. The view was incredible! The owners Sharon and Mike, checked in making sure we had all we needed. We will be staying again, that's for sure! Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. The comfort at this home was the best ever, and we recommend this home to everyone! Thank you Sharon and Mike! See you soon!

We loved our stay at Zion's. Sharon was great to work with and went out of her way to meet the needs of our large group of people! We had a great time at Zions as well as at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and gadgets which made cooking for the crew easy. There was room for all 7 families; adults and children included! We won't hesitate to choose this same place for future trips to Zions and Bryce.

I would highly recommend this vacation home. The home is in a wonderful location, very clean and has a great layout. There is plenty of room centrally located on each floor for a large group to gather while the rooms are out of the way for those who would like a little peace and quiet. We stayed in this home with our family and two other families for a total of 19. There are fun things for children of all ages to do. We were able to meet all together without feeling crowded. The younger children could play and watch a movie in one area while the older kids played games in another area. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all the supplies we needed- much more than we thought there would be. This home is very clean and well maintained. The owner was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation an amazing experience.

The perfect get-away for those looking to be close enough to Zion but looking for a little peace and quiet. This house is amazing! It’s situated just 30 or so minutes from the Zion Lodge but away from the press of people and cars. The house itself is well built, spacious and with every amenity that you can think of. The grounds are beautiful with views from every corner. We felt like we were the only one’s on the mountain yet were only .5 miles from the resort ground of Zion Ponderosa Ranch. There was tons to do for the kids from a wide variety of games, a ping pong table but most of all, room to play outside. Deer and other animals could be seen walking by from time to time. Finally, the owner provided a very high level of customer service every step of the way. The kids want to know when we are coming back. This was our first VRBO rental ever and we sure picked a great one! I highly recommend this property.
