Fridge was hard to open because it was missing a leg causing it to be unbalanced. Light switch in bathroom was broke.

The breakfast was hot and had a good variety of choices. The staff working in the food area were exceptional. It was very clean.

Our bathroom and head board had visible dirt. I had to wipe it down . Unfortunately due to labor crisis there is not enough staff to attend to the rooms daily. They ask customer to ask for towels, empty garbages, refill coffee before noon. We did request room service at 8:30 am but when we returned to our room at 3 pm found we had been overlooked. Charged $30 per day for our tiny dog. I asked what that fee was for, I was told amenities. I ask what specifically, I was told use of dog dishes, a cheap toy, and two milk bones and a pet area 4’ x 5’ Astro turf area. Plus the room was up charged $20 more than a non pet room. Filthy sheer curtains. Next time I’ll stay in our trailer.

Great breakfast

our room was very dated. It was on the first floor facing a parking lot and didn’t have a privacy curtain on the window: just a screen that you could see through. We didn’t feel comfortable without privacy besides the fact that the light from the parking lot keep the room from being dark at night. NOT WORTH THE $200 price!

Sink was stopped. Toilet was malfunctioning. plug outlet didn’t work. Not what you expect for the price.

The Hotel was very clean! The staff was great. Breakfast was fantastic and had lots of options. The room was comfortable and clean.

The pool could have been a little bit warmer. That was the main reason I chose this hotel for my family was so the kids could swim. Because it is winter the pool could have been 90 instead of 80. It just still felt cold.

We had a pet friendly room on the first floor, which was clean and even had a pet bed. The only thing missing in the room was a comfortable chair to sit. The only chair was an office chair at the desk.

the room had no towels, no soap in any dispenser, no toilet paper, when I asked the staff, he said he couldn’t do anything about it and gave me 1 small bar of soap for 4 people. no towels. the room most likely had used beds made and never cleaned.
