Went for a girls weekend getaway and didnt want the busy hotel feel. This was exactly that! Quaint, and cute!! Communication with gloria the unit manager was very easy and effortless. The unit was exactly as expected. They had all the Supplies we needed for the beach with a cooler and beach chairs and an umbrella that all worked and we’re good working order . During our stay we saw reviews expressing the neat bakery called patagonia for lunch or authentic amazing desserts and espresso. 7 eleven was across the street as well so we can stock up on some alcoholic beverages and snacks to bring to the beach. Also, our unit had a bakery lunch service at the other adjacent tides building that brought your items right to you on the beach. So convenient and The staff was super pleasant. And from what I could read on the reviews about the beds was exactly that… They were very comfortable and the fan in the room was a perfect touch!!!! The bathroom was nice and neat. However, the pressure of the water in the shower was a little mild,which I don’t think you can fix that. Overall, I would definitely rebook next time I visit Hollywood beach!

This is a great location with a private pool and beach. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everything you need (restaurants, grocery, gas) is within walking distance. The building is a bit older, but still has all the amenities you could ask for. Ms Gloria greeted us and got us settled - she was great! If we ever come back to this part of Florida I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The website description and pictures were accurate. Everything promised was there. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Loved the pool Ans the proximity to the ocean. Gloria was so easy to work with and very accommodating.

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, deck made the place with its beautiful ocean view. Getting around to the pool and beach was easy and convenient. Pots and pans could use updating. I would bring a couple if you plan on cooking a lot.

Good location. A 45 minute walk to Broadwalk or a 10 minute, $10 ride. 10-15 minute walk to Walmart. Beach is nice. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and was well-used. The listing seems very accurate to me. Would stay here again.

The description of this property was exactly as listed. Great views of the ocean. The pool was warm, which was perfect as it was rather chilly during our visit. The check in process was made easy by the owner meeting us at the property. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having the beach chairs and beach bag. Only suggestion I could give would be to add some shelves into the shower, we had to place our shower items on the floor. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

My friend and I came for an extra long weekend just to unwind and relax at this wonderful condo situated right on the beach . Gloria was wonderful helping us check in and getting us situated the first day we arrived. The condo was very clean and comfortable and wonderfully decorated . The eat in kitchen had all the amenities which we used to make many meals during our stay . ( here’s a tip … we had Walmart delivery deliver our groceries and alcohol and never had to leave the resort to shop for food and drinks ) The condo has a balcony with a lovely view of the beach and pool and it was also fun to just relax on it in the evening as well. The beds were super comfortable and extra linens and pillows were available if needed in the walk in closet as well . The pool and beach areas were private and could only be accessed with a key fob which made us feel extra secure during our stay . The pool was clean and refreshing and the beach was amazing and relaxing . We spent most of our time on the beach when weather permitted and enjoyed every minute of that . There is also a car service called the Circuit which costs 2 dollars if you call for one and free if you just hop on and off. That took us all the way to the Hollywood Boardwalk where we spent a rainy day at Margaritaville just hanging out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at this awesome condo. Our host was very responsive and even let us check in early as our plane came in hours before check in .Coming back for sure!

My wife and her colleague enjoyed their time here. The proximity to the beach and the other onsite amenities made this a great choice. Will definitely consider this property should we stay in the area in the future.

The property manager was super accommodating. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. Location was amazing--the beach was clean and not very crowded. The pools were a little on the chilly side, but didn't stop us from getting in. The condo views are incredible in the morning and throughout the day. The beds were comfortable. Everyone had a great visit! Thank you.

Overall not bad for the price. However, I expect if I am paying an expensive cleaning fee that the place be clean when I arrive. There was hair in shower and on bedside table. Sand on the floor. Food on kitchen light switch Place could use some updating. Check-in process and valet parking is confusing and complicated. Patio was as expected and nice view of ocean. Pool was very nice and short walk to beach.

We loved being right on the beach! Having coffee on the balcony watching the ocean was a dream! The parking was so easy and convenient! We loved having a rolling cooler, chairs and umbrella, and beach toys for the baby! Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

The condo unit and the condo facility were very well kept, and very clean. Communication with the property manager was very good. The unit had two beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, a small cooler. All this made it very nice since we choose to fly instead of drive.

This was my 3 rd trip to the Tides. Once you understand the parking and the check in process to obtain the key fob it’s a little easier. This unit was great and the owner was very responsive! I will go back for sure!

Clean and comfortable condo! The two beds in the bedroom were very comfortable with high quality bedding. We loved watching sunrise on the beach and then swimming in the large heated pool! I also enjoyed having my tea in the morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's a very short drive to purchase groceries or go to a restaurant. A highly recommended property for your vacation!

My mom and I stayed at the property for a mini spring break trip. The property was very nice, great location to the beach and the cafe was perfect for our morning coffee and pastry!

Very responsive owner and assistant; both answered questions promptly and clearly. We enjoyed coming home to this comfortable unit each day. The balcony was a real plus- we could take lovely sunrise photos. The pool and beach were fabulous. Great vacation.

Great condo with icean view. Location was very close to boardwalk and restaurants and night life. I would stay here again.

Check in and check out was ridiculous.

My husband and I found this condo very clean and comfortable. It's a great value, too! There's plenty of room for a family. There are two full/queen beds in the master, a sofa sleeper and we saw a rollaway bed. I especially liked the 4th floor location. It was nice not to stop at several different floors getting up and down and the stairs were a reasonable option. The unit is extremely well-equipped with kitchen items and beach toys (beach chairs, towels, boogie board, beach umbrella, sand toys, etc). They have a nice gym and the grounds are lovely. Plus, you can't beat their beach!

This was our first time using VRBO. This property doesn’t disappoint. Very clean with everything we needed at our fingertips. Best bonus was the 4 beach chairs and cooler for the beach. Loved our stay!! Hope to come back and will tell family and friends about this property. Thank you!!

The condo was clean, and more spacious than I expected. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to sleep, eat and hang out. . It was also great to have beach towels, chairs and a cooler everyday. The pool is nice and the location is great to enjoy the beach and easily get to the boardwalk for dinner or drinks. We had a wonderful stay and everything went very smoothly. Looking forward to coming back someday!
