Beautiful large home, great location. Perfect for multiple couples or larger groups of people.

Very spacious, well equipped home with just a short walk to the beach. Comfortable for all of our party. Everything you need is provided. Appreciated the cleanliness on arrival. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

This lovely well appointed home was a perfect space for family (and/or friends). The beach was easily walked to by the older young adults and the large parking lot made the trip easy for the younger children and the grandparents. We did purchase the RI beach parking pass which was quite affordable and less expensive than the daily fare. There were two separate entrances so that those that tended to stay out late didn't wake the rest of us when they came in at night. The beds were plentiful and comfortable. Having sheets and towels (including beach towels) available to the renters was a blessing. Everything from the pots and pans, to the garbage bins were organized, clean and nice quality. The grill gave us a problem and with a call was taken care of immediately. The beach is exquisite with soft sand and no rocks (or shells). There is a changing area with bathrooms, Del's lemonade truck and food in a pavilion close by. Many of the restaurants deliver which is a wonderful thing in the height of the summer influx of visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental.

Love the area the house very close to the beach The weather was beautiful Will come here very often. My only problem were the stairs need a lift for elderly people But in general we all enjoyed it and love the memories

Stayed at this property with 6 adults and 5 young children. The house is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, easy check in process! Loved this vacation! Nice neighborhood as well.

Large dining table and open floor plan made it conducive to spending quality time with a big group (particularly in rainy weather). While rain prevented us from spending time at the beach, this was a great location just a short walk from the Scarborough. Would recommend and definitely rent again.

We loved this house. It was beautiful and spacious for our kids/grandkids. We celebrated Christmas there with our family and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We never felt crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed for our dinner and breakfast. I could go on and on but I think the bottom like is... it’s a perfect home and the location can’t be beat!

Great house, lots of space. We grilled steak on the outdoor deck, played uno with the kids, baked and watched movies. I loved this house and would definitely want to book in the future. Property manager was very nice and communicated professionally.

We had a wonderful stay at this Narragansett property. The place is perfectly decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean and is a short walk to Scarborough beach. I would recommend this house to anyone!

The pictures do not do the property justice! The house is amazing, very large with ample room for our group of 12 and so well stocked with all the kitchen supplies you can think of. Robin was great and very responsive. My one concern was the house didn’t have enough of a few little things (trash bags, cleaning supplies) and Robin dropped them right away. I would recommend this house to anyone one looking for a lovely beach get away. The proximity to the beach is also amazing!

This house was sparkling clean when we arrived, fully stocked with any kitchen utensil you may need, and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Communication was great as well.

Great house perfect for large groups. It was beautifully done with 6 nice bedrooms and plenty of group space in the kitchen. The view was amazing- we'd like to come back in the summer to really enjoy the proximity to the beach! We would definitely stay here again

This was a beautiful home! The house was clean and very spacious for us. Also, all of us arrived at different times so we were worried about parking, but the driveway was huge so we had no issues. The place was close to the beach so it was nice to walk over there in the morning. It wasn't too far away from Newport (just a bit of a drive), which is where we hung out for the most part. We all had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying here! The only thing I would advise is to be aware of the other charges. The cost for the stay was not bad at all but it got a bit more pricey than I had expected with the service/cleaning/lodging fees and taxes. Other than that it was a great place!

We rented this property for Labor Day weekend with a group of friends and family including children. Robin was easy to communicate with and readily available to answer questions. The property was as described in the listing, even exceeding expectations. There is everything you could think of for a group of adults and children from baby gates to games to a plethora of kitchen utensils. The property is a short walk to a clean and convenient beach, grocery store, gas station, liquor store, etc. It has ample space for yard games and outdoor activities, and two decks great for meals and morning coffee. We would highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to renting again next summer!
