I cant say enough good things about this place! We have been to Nashville many times and this is by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed! We were 9 adults and every bedroom has the most comfortable beds, bedding etc. The kitchen has all that you need, more than most places. The description and what is included is exactly spot on! All the details are there between the kitchen, the bathrooms and the living areas. Enough towels, extra blankets and pillows. The entire place is spotless and well cared for! Not to mention the decor is the best! Fun, bright, lots of windows and lots of room to relax as a big group! It was important to us to have a dining table and living area for all of us to be together! Location is prefect and parking spaces are key! Dealing with Christy was the best! A must 5 star review! They are doing the VRBO thing right!

Great home and great location

We came with 4 friends for the Nashville Antique and Garden Show, which we attend every year. This rental was the best we have ever had. The neighborhood was safe with plenty to do within walking distance. Everyone commented on how great the condo was.

We met our college age children in Nashville and had a wonderful time in Good as Gold. House is great location, super clean, comfy for large family ( we are 5) and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Booked the property to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had 4 couples and the unit could not have been better. Easy access to get to, easy walking to food and shopping. We had a great time staying there. As I said above in the title, it is beautifully decorated, has a well supplied kitchen and it's in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to Broadway area. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared for that as the owner mentioned in their description. It has a carport not a garage but it was easy to get in and out of with a van. Definitely would stay there again

Great place! It looked very nice viewing on-line, but was even nicer than anticipated. Exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 11 (4 adult couples +), space was perfect for that #. Beds including pullouts were comfortable, tvs in every room, nice pillows, towels, etc. All was very clean. Walking distance to a few good breakfast spots & a shopping district. Good communication with hosts.

This townhouse truly lives up to it’s name! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Short walks to neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. There were at least 3 parking spots for larger vehicles, plus permits for street parking if needed, which was great for us. Very quiet neighborhood yet only about 2 miles from downtown.

Awesome house.

The house was fantastic! Very stylish, clean, spacey, and in a nice little area that was quiet but not too far to nightlife, restaurants, etc. My bed was so comfortable (hadn't had this great a nights' sleep in a while) that I actually reached out to the property manager to inquire on what the exact mattress details were. Thankfully, she shared! Christy (property mgr) was great-all communication leading up to, during, and after our stay was on point. There's a little liquor store right down the street (very short walk) and most all the activities/places we visited were ~10 min uber. Opry was ~20.

We gathered family from around the country to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Vanderbilt. This townhouse was the perfect choice for location, aesthetically pretty, spacious, yet with lots of privacy. So so great.

Extended family arrived in Nashville to attend our daughter's graduation. It was a great location, close to the university and we enjoyed the 'Dragon' park and multiple restaurants on 21st. Also we attended Nashville SC (soccer) and the zoo during our stay. The Good as Gold Rowhouse lived up to it's name!

No complaints. Location was perfect with some nice restaurants and liquor store walking distance.

We had a great time staying at the Good as Gold Rowhouse. The place was spacious, clean and decorated well. we loved the labels, instructions and that everything had its place. The locations is great. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Good As Gold in Nashville. We were there for a family wedding, and the row house was very comfortable for our party of nine. We had several musicians in our group which made the piano and guitar on the top floor an extra special perk for us. The fun, music themed decor was a lot of fun, the space was comfortable, the living area was roomy for spending time with the fam, and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was very responsive in communication. It is also very close to Belmont and Vanderbilt, as well as many good restaurants and shops, and they are all in easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great experience staying at the “Good as Gold Rowhouse”. Christy was great and answered any questions we had. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to Pancake Pantry and other great restaurants. We were about 5-10 minutes from Broadway. We would definitely book here again!!

A group of 50 something ladies who have been taking an annual trip every year for 20 years. Our first time to Nashville together. Good as Gold was best property we have ever stayed in. Pictures do not do justice to the decor..the updated finishes..the fabulous kitchen and the decor! Lots of steps but the way the house is set up we weren't running up and down steps the whole time. The beds and bedding made us feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The biggest thing that had all of exclaiming all weekend was the cleanliness. Fantastic job by hosts. Location is near Vanderbilt university but a short uber drive to downtown. Staying at Good as Gold helped make this trip our best yet!

"Good as Gold” is an apt name for this rental property. From booking through check out, this was likely the smoothest rental I’ve booked. I’ll try to keep it succinct/informative. Basic info: Had 10 adults traveling to Nashville; mix of people who drink/don’t drink; group wanted good food, sightseeing, nightlife, and a safe location. Great cancellation policy which accurately reflects the world we live in now. Information is sent for check-in and house rules and regulations which helps immensely in preparing for larger group. Check-in- easy instructions and great communication with the host. It’s located in a complex, which feels safer and that you aren’t obvious about temporary stay. Location- this may be the best part of the rental. Close to many walkable areas; easy walk to Hillsboro Village and Vanderbilt; short Ubers (~5-6min) to Midtown, the Gulch, 12 South, etc.. Broadway and Germantown are only a ~10 min ride in peak traffic. Quiet neighborhood despite being off a somewhat main road—accessing parking and driveway was easy. If you have +1 car and all the units are full, you may feel like it’s a bit harder to find parking. We specifically wanted somewhere that was safe but close to attractions because we had a full itinerary. This location really gives the best of both worlds. Interior- this rental is gorgeous; you can spot the attention to detail around the whole place, yet there is ample room to compliantly customize the space if you’re there for a special occasion. There are a ton of stairs, but you’d be crazy to not expect that. If steps deter you, there are ample supplies on each floor for use- step stools, vacuum, bar supplies upstairs. Our group loved the common areas, but the separation felt like you still had your own space to duck into. The photos do not do this place justice. Beds are comfy, towels are already ready for use. Not a knock on them but more an FYI, we bought cheap dark towels from Target as we had some ladies with spray tans lol. They do provide a few dark hand towels for makeup. We did have someone sleep on the sleeper sofas—they did not notice a difference. The outside deck is a HUGE bonus- it has both a couch and an elevated workspace. Wifi was great, no spotty signal. Smart TV's throughout. Check-out—Clear instructions, nothing outrageous (they ask you to take out the trash & start the dishwasher). Overall—I will absolutely rebook with them and refer them to others coming to Nashville.

We had an amazing time in this wonderful house. The check in procedure was simple and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and more than lived up to expectations. Hillsboro village is pretty and charming. It’s a 30 minute walk or 10 minute cab ride to Downtown. Altogether a perfect place to stay for a family or a group of friends

The property was in a great location. Close to Vanderbilt university, shops on 21st street, multiple restaurants, boutique shops and more. Grocery store was within walking distance. It was well appointed bedrooms with multiple floors for everyone to have their own. The kitchen/dining/ living room was great for all of us to hang out and have coffee :) I would request dish drying towels, more garbage bags, and more dishwashing tabs. We, as a group would recommend this vrbo!
