Stay here!!!!! This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at! The view of the water and close proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Nancy is an amazing host and made us feel welcome before we even checked in, making it a smooth and flawless stay for our group of 5 adults and two kiddos. We look forward to coming back!

We loved walking on the beach and by the beach. So convenient to be across the street. Sometimes a bit noisy but the location was great!

Everything's from booking to check out was so smooth. Nancy, our host was very prompt with getting back to us on any questions or concerns. The property was a perfect location amd it was so nice that she had plenty of supplies such as toilet, paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc.. I'd HIGHLY recommend this property!! Thank you!

The photographs for this property were very accurate. It is right across the street from the ocean and you have an amazing view from the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom. We all took advantage of the balcony facing the ocean, watching the surfers and the crashing waves. Just beautiful!

You are immediately greeted by a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. There is a two car wide driveway so no need to worry about parking. The beach is right across the street and a half block walk to the crosswalk and staircase down. The living room furniture is both functional and comfortable great for relaxing with the door to the balcony open and the ocean breeze coming in. The kitchen is well stocked with all the plates, pots, and pans, and utensils you will need. all three bedrooms have ample closet space. The master bedroom is huge with wonderful windows that look right out to the ocean. all three bathrooms were spotless, clean and the first floor bathroom walk-in shower was perfect for my elderly mother-in-law. There was plenty of hot water even with three and sometimes four showers going at the same time. The outdoor space, which includes a propane grill, a shower with hot water and the great furniture on the balcony all contribute to making this an incredible vacation house, you won’t be disappointed. Lastly a note about the owner we have rented houses all over the country have yet to meet a more concerned and responsive owner. we stayed during hurricane Hillary and the owner was in constant contact with us to make sure we have everything we need and were safe. If you think customer service no longer exists, you will be pleasantly surprised by Nancy. Looking forward to staying again.

We stayed a week in late July and it was the best rental we have stayed at in all of Carlsbad. You cannot beat the location or the view of the ocean. The place was renovated and it is stunning. The kitchen is state of the art. We used the air fryer option on the oven and it worked great for breaded chicken, French fries and a couple other meals. The house is well equipped with beach toys, boogie boards, towels, umbrella. Literally walk across the street to access the beach. And even though it’s in Carlsbad boulevard it’s not even noisy, especially in the morning and night. We kept the sliding door open to bring in refreshing ocean breeze every morning and night. The rooms are good sizes and a bathroom for each room. The shower outside is great as well as you can get hot water which helps when you have little kids trying to get sand off of them. The private backyard is a great bonus to grill food and keep beach stuff and dry towels, beach gear and swimsuits. Nancy was very helpful and responsive. She is a fantastic host! This will be our fist option all the time when we visit Carlsbad next. Can’t wait!!!

Our family really enjoyed our weekend on the beach. The beach house was fully equipped with beach towels, chairs and umbrella for relaxing on the beach, you dont have to bring anything, just chill and enjoy the perfect weather of Carlsbad. Our family will definitely do this again!

We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous property. The property has been renovated with a stellar kitchen. The location can’t be beat. Management is easy to contact and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo is gorgeous and clean. It is completely updated and the kitchen is beautiful. I was so impressed I am going to book again. Perfect location right at Carlsbad Village so you never have to drive your car. The condo had lots of space and everything we needed to make our vacation fun. Gorgeous view and steps from the beach. This was the second time my wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we decided to come back with our friends to celebrate our wedding anniversaries! The place is immaculate. If you’ve stayed there before you will LOVE the new renovations. We were amazed with how spacious and how comfortable this place is. Nancy, the property manager is a phenomenal host. She was so friendly and so accommodating to all of our needs. We have made this our destination spot for future vacations in Carlsbad. The place is perfectly located within walking distance to great dining, shopping and of course, the beach. With beautiful ocean views from the balcony and the master bedroom you’re experience here will be nothing less than wonderful!

This vacation home lived up to its 5 stars for us. We were very happy with it; super clean, spacious, great beds & linens, well appointed kitchen. We were a little concerned about the parking when we arrived, having to back on Carlsbad Blvd. We soon learned to pull up then back in, finding there are plenty of long breaks in traffic. So, not an issue. It’s an ideal location, right in front of the swimming beach and a short walk to the village. We loved it! Very responsive & accommodating owner. We will book it again if needing a 3 bedroom.

Great property in a perfect location. Right across Carlsbad Blvd from beach. 2 crosswalks close by and local drivers are very good about obeying the flashing lights to let you across. Minimal street noise inside the home and no noise from a very nice neighbor. Restaurants, coffee and shopping within easy walking distance.

My husband and I, our 2 little girls and my mom loved our stay here!lYou can’t beat the views and location! Walk to the village area, walk across the street to the beach! House had everything you could need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. Kitchen had everything you needed! The beds were super comfy and house was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The property was located in a great place - across the street from the ocean and within a few blocks of Carlsbad Village. There was a great view from the deck and the living/dining/kitchen plus one of the bedrooms.

Just a 5min walk to the sand! Since there’s no street parking along Carlsbad Blvd in front of the house the beach isn’t as crowded as other areas which is a huge bonus.

The property is located across the ocean, with a road between the house and the beach. The road is not very noisy. The view from the house is exactly like what you see in the picture. At night you can hear the waves crashing. If you cross the road and go to the beach, the beach is long and beautiful. It is as good if not better than any other beach. I checked out a couple of other beaches in the area, and this beach was better than the others. The house is exactly as described, so if you want to rent it, you won’t be disappointed.

Right on the PCH across from the beach with beautiful views of the ocean, this beautifully decorated house was just about perfect in every way: location (close to the village and yards from the beach), plenty of space, amenities, as well as a friendly, kind and responsive owner. It was generously stocked with kitchen and beach items. I will definitely come back. It was very clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. There was a full bathroom for each of the three bedrooms and a large furnished yard in the back. You can have your morning coffee on the patio watching the waves come in. What's better than that!

We had an amazing stay. The beach house was within walking distance of the beach. The house contained beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset and even saw dolphins swimming two of the days. The arcade video game machine in the downstairs bedroom was a big hit with our boys. Plenty of room for our family of 6

We loved this house and its location. It was very comfortable for all of us to enjoy our first time in Carlsbad.

Very clean, comfortable and perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, bars and amazing restaurants and shopping centers. The place comes with everything you need. Comfortable beds, spacious walk in closets, very nice bathrooms, a kitchen and a nice backyard. Located right across the beach the views from the living room and the master bedroom are phenomenal. The place looks exactly like it is advertised on the pictures, lovely. Nancy provided us with everything we needed during our stay and was readily available for anything else we needed. She was very kind and friendly. My family and I will definitely reserve this place again for future vacations.

We had a great family vacation and the house was a perfect fit. Crosswalk to the stairs to the beach is within a block, still close to restaurants & action in Carlsbad. You can’t beat the view! Furniture is nice & the house was clean, open concept and very comfortable! They mentioned to us beforehand that the house did need some updating & those will be done early 2023 & sounds like the updates will be amazing, but the house is great now and will definitely stay there again! The house manager was terrific, we had a nice welcome gift and Nancy was available anytime we needed. She checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction & followed up after we left.

This bright and cheerful condo was the perfect place to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday! Clean, comfortable, and just across from the beach - we all enjoyed the view, the walks, and the convienent location. We would definitely go back! Nancy was an excellent host!

We had the best vacation! Renting this condo was a big part of that. Location! Location! Location! Cross the street and you're on the Carlsbad state park beach. Take a boogie board and some chairs and an umbrella (all provided at the condo) and enjoy a day at the beach. Or walk into town (15 minute walk) for some shopping and great food. Nancy was so helpful! She was quick to respond to my questions and receptive to my suggestions (I’m a property manager). The beds are new and amazingly comfortable. Very nice quality linens. The bedrooms are large and easy to move around in. Lots of closet space. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. The living area has a couch and loveseat and both recline. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. There is a patio in the back with table, chairs, and bbq. This condo has it all!

I was revisiting Carlsbad after having relocated to Texas. The condo was perfect getaway for our trip back. Right across the street from the ocean, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Execellant location and stay.

This great location home was perfect for the family beach get-a-way. It was spacious and in a great location to the village and beach. You are in walking distance to food and fun and the view was balcony was spectacular. I would recommend this place for a family looking to enjoy there beach time in Carlsbad. Thank you Nancy.
