Nice, clean, close to OC Convention Center, lots in area, reasonably priced, good support.

The only negative is the coffee maker was broken. We even bought coffee for it and everything. We liked the bedroom and bathroom set up and that the unit was close to the pools and stores.

I am VERY picky about where I stay. This meet all of my expectations. Publix and several nice restaurants are in walking distance. The community is safe and gated. The convention center is only a 5 minute Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again!

Condo is a short drive away from the convention center, making it great for any business meetings. Everything as described, but not as well equipped as I would prefer. Owner was available should we need them, and had no problems with access.

Easy walk to a conference at Rosen Shingle Creek across the street and back for some downtime at the nice pool. Was an easy car ride to Disney. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Had quality time with our family. Absolutely worth it!

We arrived a little early and was granted permission to check in early. The condo was very nice, vibrant colors and the kitchen was stocked with the proper amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The condo is conveniently located to a grocery store, several restaurants, as well as an adult beverage store and a cigar shop. All within a few minutes walking distance.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Close to Publix, Beth's Burgers, and Shingle Creek Resort. Looking forward to next year.

Location was great! Other guest on the property not respectful smoking weed on the second floor balcony. Floors needed to be swepted/mopped badly. The full size beds linens were dirty so my nephew slepted with my mom in the queen room. My brother washed the sheets/ comforter. Both comforters had makeup/hard food stains. The next day after arrival that night we noticed the air was not working right. Informed Paulo that night and communication stopped the next day after with him. Tried calling both numbers and got sent to voicemail quickly. Paulo responded sorry can’t talk right now. Ana replied what can she help me with?! She took care of it quickly. That same night after the air went out.Well our water heater stopped working on us on Christmas Eve and contacted Paulo on messenger for Vrbo.. cold silence still since having AC issues. Once again contacted Ana early Christmas morning to let her know. It was going on 11am and still nothing at all. She finally replied back letting us know that if two people shower at the same time it messes up etc. That was not the case at all! We took turns while eating dinner. She offered to go to another unit. We agreed to do so, but did not once we got back late to the place. Honestly it was hard on my mom being 71 to pack stuff to go shower at another building. It was not the greatest stay with all this trouble. The amount of money was not worth the stay. Some type of compensation would be ideal for the trouble we had while staying here.

This condo is very well situated near all the parks of Orlando. Grocery is within a few minutes.The property was clean and is well maintained.Thank you Paulo!

This is one of the best condos that I have ever stayed in. Pool is great. You can walk to the nearby Publix grocery store. There’s a restaurant in the small strip mall that serves the best breakfasts. This place is centrally located to everything. I’m fussy…I highly recommend this place

The location was great especially if you need to get to the convention center. Tons of good restaurants in the area. Condo was clean and exactly as advertised, contactless check in worked without a hitch. I would definitely recommend.

This condo was perfect for what we needed - an easy place to stay and get to Camping World Stadium for a band competition. Everything was great except that the pool area where the building is was totally under construction and I feel that should’ve been mentioned. I had to drive to the other pool but finding it and parking was a challenge. If I was going to Universal, Disney, etc…this would be a great spot to stay. Special mention to The Diner - loved their brunch!

Brought my team to Orlando for a convention and this condo was perfect. Location is so convenient to airport, convention center and parks. You can walk to grocery. Condo is spacious and clean.

Great location, the Publix within walking distance was very convenient. The condo was well decorated, clean, plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great, we have a lot of fun, the place is so beautiful, everything was nice and clean.

3 Bedrooms, we had a family of 5 on this trip, and all worked well...

The condo is very clean and modern, it’s location is top tier and we were within 10min to every attraction we visited. This is my 2nd stay with Paulo. Will be back next year

We experienced a horrible ant problem on our second night in one of the bedrooms and kitchen. We pulled out the furniture from the walls and found gum pieces and food trash on the floor. We swept it all up and got some ant spray from the Publix. Managers had maintenance come in the next day to spray. Any problem arose again a couple days later throughout the kitchen and living area. Condo was clean minus the floors and baseboards- it wouldn’t take just a Clorox wipe each time it was cleaned. Beds were oh so comfortable and we El really enjoyed it overall.

I stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The property was exactly as listed. It was super clean and had great amenities. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware, the beds were comfortable, and it was a fabulous location. The hosts were easy to access and promptly answered all our questions before we arrived. 5 stars across the board!

We had a very nice few days here. Location was great , so close to everything. The place was very clean, and had had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the Host was always very quick to respond. We had an issue with the coffee pot and Paulo had us a new one dropped off pretty quickly after hearing about it. Over all I would highly recommend. We will hopefully be back in the future!😁

We were in Orlando for a short vacation. The apartment was clean and had a great lay out for a family. The pool closest (across the parking lot) was quiet and much more calm than the main pool- easy to get chairs. Close to the grocery store and a few other stores which made sticking up food convenient. I gave 4 stars because the kitchen accessories are lacking, the coffee maker was broken, Keurig worked but we had to go back out and buy kcups & the mugs and glasses are very small, limited cooking ware. We made it work and overall great property, - clean and safe area! If we needed to go to the convention center we would rent again.
