We loved the condo and Bonita Bay. Great location, 2 wonderful pools, workout room. It was a great month. Tom was so easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will return! Steve and Corinne

This place had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. 2 pools and hot tubs, close proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants all around. There was a very large Iguana that came around a lot. My daughter named him Sunny. It was a great time and the beds were very comfy. Plus, there's pool/beach toys and chairs already there. Highly recommend!

Condo had everything we needed for the stay. Owner was very attentive, checking in to see if we had any concerns or questions. The location was great to the Beach, or 41 and great restarants and shopping.

This condo has it all! The location is perfect, and the condo is comfortable in every way! The placement of the rooms/bathrooms are great, as well as the convenience of the nearby elevator to the designated parking spot. The balcony stairs down to the pool are also fantastic. On top of that Tom and Lynn have provided every possible thing you could think of needing! I’ve stayed at many places that barely have salt and pepper never mind cabinets filled with so many comforts and items of home! Communication with Tom was wonderful and he’s a great guy! Check in and out was a snap as well. I would give 10 stars if there was an option!

We had an amazing stay in Bonita Springs! The whole experience was awesome! Would highly recommend it to others. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Lots of beaches! Great condo, clean and well equipped with all your needs! Amazing view of the quiet pool. Elevators are available for your convenience and covered parking! Tom was an excellent host! We will be back!!!! Can’t wait!

My mom, aunt, cousin, and I absolutely loved everything about this place. The location was great, it was well stocked with everything you could think of, and Tom was so easy to get in touch with and to have a conversation with. We loved relaxing by the pool the most and lounging on the screened in porch throughout the day. I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

We had a great family stay!! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Just enough out of the way and just close enough to all major amenities and attractions. The condo had everything you can imagine for a beach outing and more! Both pools were fantastic! Kids are already asking to go back. Easy and great communication with Tom!

Our family of five had a wonderful summer vacation staying at this property in Bonita Village. So close to the beaches and so many great restaurants so nearby, it was hard to choose from one night to the next. Owner, Tom, was exceptional from start to finish. Checked in before, during and after our stay to make sure that everything was just as expected. And it was…and then some! Accommodations were perfect…and the pools and amenities were great for all ages. We will definitely be back next summer!

Beautiful home away from home. Everything we needed was there. Split our time between Bonita beach and Bonita village pools. Tom was a fantastic host; checked in with us during our stay and got right back to us to answer any questions. Will definitely book again!

Great second floor condo overlooking one of the pools. Very clean and quiet in the summer. The kids loved the big pool and waterfall. Close to Naples and Ft. Myers. Also there are great restaurants around the area. The location is within an easy driving distance to many different beaches. We would stay here again.

Thomas was very attentive and accommodating. Made the stay that much more enjoyable.

This was our second year staying at this property. It is beautiful and the pictures are accurate. Pool and tiki bare are great. The location can’t be beat. We rode bikes to the beach and I walked many miles daily on the Vanderbilt road trail The owner Tom is great and so easy to work with. We are coming back next winter! Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Unit is in a great facility in a great location. Unit is impressively furnished and user friendly.

We use VRBO about twice a year for the past 10 years and this was our absolute favorite. it is equipped with everything you could possibly need and has great updated furnishings. Gorgeous view of the pool. The tv and cable is nicer than we have at home. The host, Tom is extremely accommodating. You will never be disappointed with this rental.

The perfect place! Amazing condo, great covered parking, refreshing beautiful pools and hot tubs. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Yet private enough to not be overwhelming. The grounds in this gated unit of condos are so pretty and well maintained. We will most definitely stay here again and again. The main bed was very comfortable. Everything was nice and new. It was newly renovated and the hosts were absolutely amazing!!! 100% The best stay we have ever had. You are not going to be disappointed staying here. Take your pick on beaches you have several to pick from all are very close by. They even have a shuttle to take you to one of the near by beaches at Docs Restaurant. You just give them 30 minutes notice. We never used it, but I would imagine it would be very helpful if you didn't have a car.

Our vacation was great!! From the moment we booked the unit I was in touch with the owner. Tom MacDonald is caring and thoughtful and he offered clear, concise information about how to access the unit and anything we might need while there. His upbeat personality gave us the assurance that all would be well and it was. He also kept in touch the day we arrived and was available anytime if needed. The condo itself is meticulously clean with an updated interior. The colors and furnishings and even the beach and art accents offered such a cozy, family vibe. The beds are super comfy (yes!) and was the large sectional couch. We used the lanai a lot which catches a great breeze and is shaded with huge palms. Plus there’s a winding staircase that takes you right down to the smaller pool. The kitchen has all the updated amenities you’d find at home and there is a large dining table that seats six. It’s beautiful and obvious that Tom and his wife put a lot of thought into making their unit feel inviting and comfortable. The larger, resort style pool, which is a 30 second walk away, has a rock waterfall, lots of lounge chairs, a Tiki bar, two jacuzzis and a fire pit. The complex itself is beautifully maintained and full of palm trees and colorful plants. We were so comfortable here it felt like we had our own Florida home! There are some good restaurants on the main highway (Bonita Beach Highway) like Coconut Jacks (on the water), Bonita Beach Cafe (across from Bonita Beach) and Johnny Malloy’s for pizza. We had fun at Barefoot Beach (a mile and a half from the condo) and also did some exploring around Naples and Fort Meyers, which are both within short driving distances to Bonita. All in all our best vacation yet! We’ve already recommended this unit to family and friends. We’ll be back to this Bonita condo for sure!

The condo was great! Everything was very up to date. It was big and a lot nicer than the pictures show. They had everything there that we needed. The host was great at communicating and really easy to work with. We look forward to staying again. Best VRBO that we ghave done.

This was a amazing find. The location was centrally located to lots of activities and wonderful restaurants. Barefoot Beach was outstanding. The on-site pools were fun. Highly recommended.

Tom was an excellent host, he was always available if needed, he checked in prior and during the stay. I had a very late check in and the information he provided made accessing the condo without problem. The condo is updated, was clean, and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. We look forward to going back again!

Everything about this condo and Bonita Village is wonderful. This was one of our most favorite vacations we have had. The condo is beautifully decorated, freshly painted, nice furniture, with a well-stocked kitchen and very nice appliances. The sofa in the living room was perfect for our whole family to sit together on and watch movies on the large-screen TV. The rooms are also a good size, and the beds were great! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in porch and eating some meals out there together too. There are stairs that lead from the patio to one of the pools, so it was very easy for our family to access. Our family loved the pools here, and the beach is only a short drive away. Tom was wonderful to work with, and quickly and efficiently answered any questions I had. He was very helpful throughout the process. We highly recommend this rental! We loved every minute, and will be coming back again!

Our family had a great week here. The condo was clean and well set up. Lots of room with open kitchen and living room. The pool is wonderful, our kids loved it.

The Bonita Village property was wonderful. Close proximity to the beach and great restaurants and you can walk down the stairs from the lanai and right to one of the 2 swimming pools on the property. The weather didn’t disappoint and the inside of the condo was tastefully decorated. The property owner was awesome and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well!

We had a wonderful stay for the month of February at the condo, Tom the owner was super nice, we got to meet him and he was very attentive. The property is beautiful, all updated, had new furniture in the living areas and peaceful. Close to the beach restaurants shopping and golf courses. The pool with drinks at the tiki bar was the wind down for every day. Can’t wait to stay there again next winter.

This condo was perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed. We appreciated the newly-added workstation since hubby was working remote. The family room has a massive TV and although the seating was perfectly fine, the owner is expecting a new sectional soon, as well as master bedroom upgrades. The roomy screened-in lanai has a spiral staircase down to the pool. We loved that we didn’t need to use the interior public elevator. The entire property was clean and very well maintained, with kind and helpful staff. The two pools are heated, but not excessively. Another unexpected bonus was that the parking garage on the ground floor was surprisingly clean and well-lit. There are many good restaurants nearby and the Gulf is under 2 miles away, an easy bike ride. Our favorite destination was Dock’s Beach House for sunset and some quality drinks and snacks!

We love this location and this property. Close to the beach, dining, shopping, etc. pools were clean and warm. Condo was beautiful and sooooo clean! The owners are perfect to rent from… we will be back!!
