Centrally located. Within short walking distance of Broadstairs sea front, restaurants and and shops. The house and rooms were Immaculately clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of snacks drinks and toiletries for us. Also a nice pod coffee machine. We’ll definitely be returning!
Parking can be a bit awkward as it is not provided at this location but is available in the street where it is free to park. The hosts though were very helpful and managed to save us a space on the road when we arrived and we managed to get a parking space close to the house for the duration of our stay.

The room was perfect - beautifully furnished with a cozy ambiance that instantly made us feel at home. Despite being close to the town and beach, it's nestled on a quiet road, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches that Joanne & John provided. A coffee machine at your disposal for that perfect morning brew, a selection of high-quality toiletries, snacks, beverages etc - this made a world of difference and sets this place apart from the rest. Big thank you for hosting us Jo & John, we can’t wait to return!

We loved everything about the property, fantastic hosts, exceptionally clean, thoughtful extras you wouldn't get in a hotel, a short walk to the beach, spoilt for choice of restaurants nearby, we will definitely be back!

The bedroom and bathroom were lovely, totally clean, new fixtures and fittings and everything very nice. Great location Can walk to beach and town. Nice touches wine and beer left in fridge and porridge pots, bananas, Maltesers, biscuits, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh milk. Coffee machine.
The only issue was some noise in the night from what we think was a new fridge in room number 1. It seemed to be on a cycle at intervals. We told the owner who said he’d replace it as no problem with the fridges in the other rooms as they have four rooms. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Really pleased to meet Jo and John, who are both lovely. We had a great stay. Beautiful property in a perfect location. Spotless, very comfortable room, with lots of extra touches, anticipating our every need (and more!). Very highly recommended.

Joanne & John made us feel very much 'at home' and even left us some little treats in the fridge. Comfy bed, a large bathroom with lovely walk-in shower and a few minutes walk to beach, restaurants & bars.

Lovely, comfortable rooms in a brilliant location in Broadstairs - within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, the train station, and bus stop to Margate/Ramsgate.
The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and impressive free-standing bath. Check-in was quick and easy, and we loved the little care items that came with the room.

The bathroom was the main feature of this en-suite room, the bath and shower were a generous size.
The shower and bathroom supplies were a nice addition.
Towels were clean and fluffy.
The wine, chocolate and biscuits were a thoughtful treat.
We were offered clean towels and bed linen if needed.
Our overall experience was very pleasent, and we would stay again.

We would have liked blackout blinds on the windows as the mornings were often quite bright and the blinds seemed to let in a lot of light
The storage space for hanging clothes was quite limited. The light behind the headboard was quite tricky to use. ( but that may have been us)

The accommodation was at a very high standard, very comfortable,bright and everything you needed for a night away, location a very short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants,shops etc

We stayed in the room with the freestanding tub. One of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve ever seen, very modern, very clean. Also, very good location - close to train station, restaurants, beach.
It’s like a hotel room - not comfortable for spending extended periods of time… But it’s Broadstairs, so why would you stay inside?
