We didn't actually stay the night - our flights out were at midnight, so we just booked here so we could leave our luggage somewhere during the day and go and explore. But we were sad to not get more time here as they were so lovely and friendly! Would love to come back and stay properly sometime.

Location was good. Key locations were accessible. From security point of view it was good.
Mattress was uncomfortable. I had reached before time of check-in, and they didn't even offer me to sit at waiting room, instead they directed me to the local lodge to rest and freshen up. There was no exhaust fan in washroom.

A comfortable homestay in a great location with super helpful and friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace and help with booking local attractions and taxi. Fairly quiet location tucked down a back street yet within easy walking distance of restaurants, Kathakali Centre, Chinese fishing nets, art exhibitions, and shops. Great value for money.

We had a great time at i - One's homestay, booked it based on the good reviews and it def lived up to them.
The pictures actually don't do it enough justice, the room was much better in person. It was clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice and had a modern feel. You can clearly see the family knows how to host guests to a high standard. The place is really well kept and easily beats many of our hotel experiences in India. They are all extremely nice and helpful, but at the same time will give you space and let you do your thing unless you need help.
Location is super convenient and can easily explore Fort Kochi on foot from the homestay.
Nothing we didn't like really, great value for money and highly recommend.
