it was not far from city center. and for this price it is not good. price should be less. because apartment is not new enought. only 5 dollar more you can find new and better location and better staff.

it was 1st floor, apartment should have clear more. price is high for this apartment. staff should be more gentle and kind to guest. we are guest here to visit almaty and even i warned before i waited for check in 3 hours. she recomenned me cancel reservation and cash payment to not have review for 3 percent discount

Management use scam approach on reservations. Their rooms are overbooked and they inform guests a day before stay that by some reasons they can't provide apartment. I had two examples: - I first booked three rooms for me and family in May. The day before check-in I message the host and asked about check-in instructions. Communication was very slow, they first were not able to find my reservation, when they did, they said they can't accommodate me, because there is a water failure in apartment. As a result I was looking for another place to stay a day before arrival. - I decided to give another try for that property later in June, when I was traveling by myself. I made a reservation for 3 nights. That time I was able to check-in. However, later I asked if I can extend the stay for one more night. Manager confirmed that I can do that. I asked if I need to adjust dates in Booking.com and was told that I don't need to make any changes. Manager said that payment for extra night will be collected the next day. The next day I've been told that they can't extend stay as room already booked. They started blaming booking.com, internet connection and whatever else. If you check that property, you will see that it's available on multiple booking services. They just don't manage reservations properly. And when overbooking happens they blame everything that is possible. I never seen such liars in my life. If the first story I could believe (with water issues), second story was an obvious overbook and poor management. If you check manager's comments to other reviews, you will see the same style: they blame hosts, and whatever possible. So just stay away from that facility if you don't want your travel plans to be ruined. And if you will be lucky to check-in, you get dirty carpets, broken microwave, and mold in bathroom.
