close the the station, great breakfast

the sheet not good quality and the bathroom was small. the heating system was dry air and the room was always dry.

It was a new hotel so mostly everything was clean.

No body sponge (body flannel) or wash cloth was provided by the hotel (this is a very small thing to nitpick about though)

Location was excellent. To access to the metro is 5 minutes' walk and to Yokohama is 30 minutes'' by metro. In front of the hotel, the shopping center, very convenient.

The staff were very friendly and were willing to help. The breakfast was great, offering a variety of foods.

There was a strict cleaning time of 10am - 3pm

There is no enough parking lot space Stress for the customers with kids

New Hotel. everything is clean and nice. Not many Hotels around that area therefore GOOD! You need to reserve the Parking upfront (Parking on Elevator Parking) Need assistance from Staff.

Far too noisy: The whole night noise from the parking lot, from the corridor, from the shower above us. Bed and pillow were very, very (!!!) uncomfortable- way to hard, even for someone who prefers a stiff madress! It was opening night, so I will not judge the staff- they were of course pretty much stressed 😉... . Overall the stay was a big disappointment. A stay in Shin Yokohama is still the better option, even with the short train ride to Center Minami
