used condom left on floor in upstairs bedroom. shower leaked. damp towels. house smelt of weed. awful pillows very uncomfortable. couldn’t adjust temperature on shower. unable to contact hosts during and after stay.

Very good location! what you see in the photos is really what you'll get in reality. Very thoughtful owners--they left a welcome pack 🥰🥰🥰 and all instructions and infromation about the town left in the blue book are very much helpful

2 of the white towels has make up stains on it. and some of the other towel and the beddings are clean but smells like damp. Also there was no earplugs provided for the noisy club outside. 😟

The house was very clean, and decorated at high standards. Well equipped chicken with everything you need. Perfect location to explore the town, 5 min from the castle. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Everything was perfect Thank you, we will come back.

Just perfect, exceeded our expectations

The fact is was near a castle.

I recently stayed at 4 Segontium Terrace and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The cleanliness of the property was disgraceful, with mold and a strong pet odor present throughout the home. Despite the owners admitting that the property was in a bad state, there was no effort made to rectify the situation or make our stay more comfortable. Additionally, there was zero communication after the stay when I raised a complaint. The stairs had a dangerous overhang that posed a serious safety hazard, making the property not family-friendly. The unpleasant smells were masked by over 10 air fresheners, which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, within the photographs added, mold was found in the coffee machine, the toaster tripped the electric (which I see has already been noted in the feedback from another customer, and clearly not resolved. Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering booking this property and urge them to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and safe.

Location was good and the decor of the house was very nice.

shower is too close to the wall, very hard to have a decent shower. heating gets turned down too low and have to turn it up again. smell of dog in hallway.
